Walker's Bar and Grill

Small space. You have to pay via touch tunes for music or it's awkward. Smoking bar. Seems racist and homophobic my girlfriend and I did not feelVery welcome sitting at the bar. Small menu. I got a wrap it was just okay. My girlfriend got wings they were just okay. Drinks were fine. It's near my house I way wonder back one day but not anytime soon.

Unprofessional owners/management. They only want people 45+ in their bar. Customers must be quiet and onlyOrder simple drinks. -000/10 do NOT recommend.

Ordered fish sandwich dinner to-go. Extremely generous amount of battered fish & fries plus 2 hush puppies and cole slaw. Fish a little greasy but still good. But the biggest disappointment was the cheap generic ketchup. So nasty. Where's the Heinz ketchup!! We're in Pittsburgh. Splurge!!

I stopped by Walker's this past Friday for the first time, you could instantly tell it was a hometown bar, but I never felt unwelcome. The bartender promptly told us the drink specials and offered us a menu, and within minutes, we had our first drink.Beer: They had a great offering of different micro brews, but feeling unadventurous that night, I stayed with what they had on tap which they had around 8 different varieties.Food: I ordered the Double Bacon Cheeseburger and it was massive. The burger was a little overcooked, because I like to see blood, but was still very juicy. It came with any of the usual toppings you would like; I only went with lettuce, tomato, and onion. The side was a full basket of fries all for around $11, which for the size and amount, was a good deal. I also got a side order of parmesan wings. The wings were also very juicy and the flavor was great. Pros: It is very clean. The service was great and the food hit the mark for the prices. Cons: I am not a smoker and this is a smoking bar. If you are bothered by smoke, you will not like this place.Conclusion: Smoke does not bother me, so I visiting Walker's again in the future. Disclaimer: This review is the opinion of a person that loves to drink vast quantiles of alcohol, so sometimes views are skewed by the end of the night.

Average home town bar! Lots of older (45-55 yrs) men. Cheap drinks. This place would be a great hang out spot if it wasn't for the smoke. Super smoky.

Place is definitely a local fun bar however I only gave 3 stars because unless your a smoker you will die inside from all the cigarettes

I've been to the restaurant numerous times the last three times I went to the place absolutely sucks the first thing I've ordered was their taco salad it had so much grease on it you can grease a car second time I ordered a hamburger it was so overcooked and burnt it was unreal and the last time I was there I ordered a club sandwich and that and the turkey was no good and then made me pay for it all three times which sucks the place needs to be closed down it's very disgusting the girls in there were half clothes hanging off their ass and their butt cheeks showing all the time and the management there is completely rude I wouldn't recommend that for nobody they need to shut the place down if they're going to be a business the food's bad they need to give you it free you shouldn't have to pay for a bad meal

Walker's has been a steady restaurant choice for our group of 6. They always have great food and service and we enjoy all the people we meet there. It's a hands on business for the owners who greet us every time we come in!!

After waiting patiently at the bar for 5 minutes, while the bartender walked past me several times without asking what I would like to drink but having time to chat with the owner, I determined I was either invisible or not worthy as a customer....I left ....

This is an amazing bar with great people, until the owner shows up at 10:15 and tells you how annoying you are and that you drive away customers. Never in my life have I been told that i am "too loud" at a BAR! This owner has zero customer service skills and hates on ANYONE under the age of 40 Because they "annoy him". Last i checked, bars were for people that want to have a good time.. the good time is there, as long as the owner isnt. he cuts off the jukebox before closing and wants everyone to speak in whispers after 10pm. Completely asinine to be honest. I have been going there frequently for 5yrs now and the constant braiding of my personality while i am trying to have a good time has come to an end. Long story short, if you want to go somewhere lame to eat crappy food and drink, this is your place, as long as your quiet and out by 10pm..no matter what time they close. I used to love this bar but the owner has made me never want to go back.
