Waffles, INCaffeinated - Wexford

Omelette was fluffy and delicious, gluten free waffles with maple syrup were incredible. The side of bacon could've had a little more bacon, but it was perfectly cooked and not too fatty. Hot water for tea was not very hot, but the server did bring more. Very attentive and friendly server. Honestly, with all the options for people with dietary issue, I'd of been ok with mediocrity just to have choices. But everything was amazing. Our new go-to breakfast spot for sure!!

I visited with my friend for brunch. I had a blueberry waffle and she had their BLT. My blueberry waffle had maybe eight blueberries in the whole thing. There was an upcharge for them, as well as for the whipped cream. I complained about the pitiful quantity of blueberries and the waitress did remove the charge from my bill. The waffle was good however.My friend's BLT sandwich ingredients were not evenly distributed. For instance, the sandwich was to have avocado and bacon on it. Half the sandwich had neither and half had double. She said it was just okay.I probably will not go back.

First of all, I am definitely not the person that you sit where I can see the food being prepared. The hostess stood in back and talked over the food that was being prepared and the waitress with the very long hair, took it out of its clip, twirled it around and back up on her head in front of all the food. Yuck! They also helped with preparing the food without gloves when everyone preparing food had gloves on. Since my waitress was not one of these ladies, I ate my vegetarian omelette and it was to die for. Which if you get the wrong waitress, you just might

I visited with a friend for Saturday brunch. The interior was a colorful blue. It was easy to get a table. Our server was helpful answering questions on the seasonal menu. I enjoyed a seasonal peach of an omelet and a mimosa. The omelet was savory with a touch of the sweet peach.

First, we marveled at and celebrated this as our first ever arrival the MOMENT a place opens. 7:59am! Came here after driving through the night and it didn't disappoint. So many vegan options!Wonderful, efficient staff. Quick and polite service. Generous portions.I had a vegan Megaberry waffle without whipped cream. No dairy-free version of that, but offered a dusting of icing sugar. Wasn't necessary. This was loaded with both fresh mixed berries and strawberry coulis.Best surprise was this:"What kind of syrup would you like?""What? Um... what are the options?""Vanilla, regular maple, maple bourbon..." "STOP! I'll have that." Definitely have that too. Delicious.My man had the Country Benedict which was smothered in sausage gravy and delicious in every way.We ordered an orange juice (not freshly squeezed - basic) and an Earl Grey tea with soy milk. Nice.In my mind, I was redecorating the place to be more inviting, and to match the level of food and service. Get rid of the harsh blue walls, add some art, take down the weird 3/4 wall in the middle of the room, equip the bathrooms with some soft touches LOL. We came for the food, and this place delivered. Maybe they want it to feel uncomfortable so you'll eat and go? We did both, and hit the road again in under 45 minutes. No complaints about that!TIP 1: Get there early to avoid unavailability of the item you want. The place gets busy!TIP 2: Bring your vegan and plant-based diners here. Good breakfast places are often unmindful of this gap in marketplace. This franchise gets it.

We were up early Saturday morning and decided to eat breakfast out for a change. GF waffles DF lattes are hard to find and this place had them on the menu and was close to us just in Wexford so we got there at 9.30am.We were greeted straight away and sat down near the barista station. The place was half full already and the fragrance of waffles hits you straight away wafting from the open plan kitchen.The menu is extensive and has many great options. The drinks menu is also big with many options for coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages.The service here is friendly and fast, we felt very comfortable chatting with the friendly waitress and also with other Customers around us. Such a cool vibe early on a Saturday morning.The food came out hot and the GF, DF and soy free waffle was a big hit with the wife. I ordered the BC breakfast which was seasoned perfectly. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfect, as was the bacon and loved the mushrooms and medley of potatoes was a nice change. The Italian bread was light and crispy. Oh, and I like good coffee, and this place had it, so drank 2 cups.I recommend this place for a different take on your regular breakfast spot. Located on Perry Highway in Wexford, with great service and food.

4.5 stars. Waffles INCaffeinated is a local restaurant chain that has several locations in the Pittsburgh area. In the past few years, I have eaten a few meals at this location in Wexford. Please see my attached photos for the breakfast/lunch/beverage menus in July 2024. For my first visit, no tables were available on a busy Saturday, so I ordered takeout. (Tip: Through the restaurant's website, customers may join a seating queue to avoid a long wait.) My takeout food was ready after about 30 minutes. For my second and third visits, which were also on Saturday mornings, I did not have to wait for a table at all, and the seating hostesses and waitresses very promptly and kindly served me. Here are my and my husband's ratings for our foods:MegaBerry waffle - 5 stars - I have ordered this waffle twice. For both times, this waffle was topped with a generous amount of fresh strawberries, blueberries, syrup, and whipped cream.Country Benedict - 5 stars - Waffles were topped with fried chicken, sausage gravy, and "perfectly runny" eggs--a unique and tasty combination!Benny Waffle - 4 stars - My husband ordered this entree twice, and for both times, the eggs were slightly overcooked. He did like the hollandaise sauce, ham, and some crab meat. Funky Monkey waffle - 3.5 stars - This waffle was topped with chocolate, peanut butter, and bananas, and I thought that it tasted alright.Strawberry Banana Crepes - 4 stars - These crepes were covered with strawberries, bananas, cheesecake, and strawberry reduction, and I liked them.Chicken and Waffles - 4 stars - The chicken had a crispy breading and a meaty center, and the waffle was topped with pecans and some maple-butter glaze. Bacon - 5 stars - We ordered four servings of bacon across our meals, and all slices were crispy and tasty. Hot chai tea - 5 stars - This tea had a delightful spiciness.

It's easy to accidentally drive right past this storefront tucked in a bank of business on the main drag on Perry Highway, so keep your eyes peeled. This cozy intimate breakfast joint has both indoor and outdoor seating. I took my kids here for a special occasion breakfast and enjoyed the country benefit, sacre bleu-berry as well as kids waffles with chocolate chips. Everything was incredible. Our server was also very attentive and friendly.

Small little restaurant in an outlet but tasty waffles. I got the mega berry waffles and my girl got the waffle frolic - both great!Our waitress was extremely personable and nice. There's a small outdoor seating but we opted to sit inside. Yes, per other reviews the seating was close together but not a huge issue.Why rate this a 4 star? The waffles are amazing but a bit overpriced especially with no included sides like hash browns, bacon, etc. they're extra.I'm not the BIGGEST breakfast fan and I'm visiting Pittsburgh so I likely won't return but good food

Loved our server and our food. Would not recommend the iced latte though as it lacked any flavor. Other than that I was very happy with my experience and will be back again.
