Voodoo Brewing - New Kensington

I just threw a surprise birthday party at Voodoo and it was the easiest most enjoyable experience! They were super communicative and helped pre order our party food ahead of time so it would be ready for our guests. The outside space was perfect for our friends with both children and dogs to run around- plus, who doesn't enjoy fresh air when eating and mingling? Their food and drinks were so good! Definitely try the pickle pizza- you won't be disappointed.To top off a great night, they frequently have live music and the artist was so much fun and really talented. Everyone enjoyed their time and I would recommend Voodoo to anyone for a quick bite out or to host your next party!

The staff are friendly and very helpful when trying to choose from their great beer selection. The food was tasty. I had the pub pretzel which was ginormous. It was better than other giant soft pretzels because it was light and airy not heavy and weighed down doughy. The bacon bleu burger was also quite good. A plentiful burger on a grain bun. We will definitely come back for more.

I absolutely adored this brewery. Live bands, outstanding vegan pretzels, & the white peach slush was a to die for drink! Couple that with friendly service makes this place a sure winner. Lots of outdoor seating complete with fire pit & plenty of Instagram worthy backdrops. This location (There are a few locations in the area) also has a pretty lit VIP section that is perfect for intimate get togethers with friends. I definitely wouldn't mind visiting again! Great spot.

Delicious food with ever changing specials, a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, lots of free events and music, combined with friendly service makes for a great day or night out. Plenty of other entertainment and shops to visit in close proximity. A great historic downtown area!

If you want to sit outside, don't forget to bring your own chair! Nice beer selection (usually 10+ beers available on draft), though usually, I find one I like and then it changes. Definitely the heart of the New Kensington business revival! Fires outside and plenty of seating inside. Food is OK but nothing spectacular. Pizzas "fit the bill" but aren't nearly as good as Common Oven across the street. Not a lot of vegetarian or vegan options (hummus is about it).

I loved this space. The atmosphere was cool. The decor was exciting and very different. I enjoyed the slush drink I had. I also had a pretzel which was huge but good. There is tons of sitting both inside and outdoors. They had a great music selection and there was also a live band at one point

Did not know this hidden gem existed. Have gone twice now with some friends, always a good selection, trivia night is a good time. Some of the appetizers and pizza are average, the burgers would be my recommendation along with the fries. And as always, the variety of beers will always have something for everyone

I'm partial to the original Meadville location and of course the one in Homestead but this New Ken location is fab. They have a huge outdoor garden that makes for great social distancing. The inside has a lot of room as well.Lots of fun decor in and out; murals, rustic collectibles and more.The beer well it goes without saying Voodoo is one of the best on the East Coast.I'm a fan. Check out this location you will be too.

Stopped in for Valentines Day. All the low tables were reserved but never saw anyone use them. We sat at uncomfortable tall metal stools. No service at all, tried to do the scan and order with phone, did not work. Then realized it is self serve, you even have to get your own water . The two gals behind bar were no help, did not greet us, really zero. Ordered the blue cheese burger and pictured is the charred hockey puck you see pictured, like a child's sized portion . Just the worst burger I have ever had. They should be ashamed to call that a bacon blue cheese burger. see the picture. !Ordered pizza for appetizer and is was dry and loaded with garlic, I suspect a frozen pizza reheated, very bad Then when your food is done, you go fetch it under heat lamp, I saw half our food waiting for ten minutes and our buzzer did not go off till the other half got placed under lamp. My friend got Bison Burger , also very dry and burnt, The chicken salad was small and bland. The turkey sandwich , again nothing to speak of. At the end you go up and pay bill and clean your own table. No service at all. No thank you, how was everything, nothing. Fast food would have been better, and I do not like fast food. Never again will the see me, and I doubt they care. Must make their money on booze, as the food was terrible.

Great service and dog friendly!! Food is fantastic! We really enjoy it here, it's a great place to hang out
