I see the past reviews are not all positive. So decided to post. On Pie Day 3/14 I searched around for a good pizza pie deal for today and only found Vocelli. Large 3topping for $12. Fed a family of 3 for two days for $39. Ordered a 4pm pick up at noon. Ran into traffic and called to move it back. Waited a few minutes for hot pizza. Extra cheese and mushrooms made me happy.

I ordered for pick up and it was very streamlined. The Sub I got was really good and filled me up. Just be aware subs are about 10inches (only included because I was looking that up beforehand) The cannolis were not that great. They are pre-packaged in the fridge so they were a bit soggy. Overall good but the prices are kinda crazy for a chain.

Awful experience here. The delivery guy dropped our pizza when it was in the box and delivered it to us in a complete sloppy mess. They also forgot a calzone we ordered. Owner did nothing to make it right.Stay away from this terrible place.

Ordered a pizza and hoagie tonight from Vocelli shaler 1019 Mt Royal Blvd , phone 412-486-8200, no response after 50 minutes on a wed night at 9 pm, called in to find out where the pizza was and was greeted by some really rude person and he said it will be there soon and started yelling at me when i said that it should not have taken that long on a wed night, he actually yelled at me on the phone!!! A customer!! I cancelled the order and will never order again from vocelli, i asked for his name and he would not answer me

I ordered from the Vocelli's Shaler/Mt Royal Blvd and paid for extra cheese and sauce for our pizza because the last couple of times they were quite stingy with both, however, we didn't get either. When I called to let them know, instead of fixing the mistake a man (I'm quite sure was the owner) said he put extra of both on. He clearly didn't. I calmly reiterated that the pizza we received really didn't have the extras we paid for and told him that we'll just order from somewhere else next time. The delivery driver was nice and polite however.We should send him a picture of the pizza to prove it. What a waste of 20 bucks, very disappointed.

Anytime Vocellis has company wide offers/coupons the owner of this location raises all the menu prices in order to not participate in the lower prices. He also gets very upset if you order through the 1-800 number instead of calling the store. He raised the lunch special prices as well. Given his track record of being so greedy I'm sure he try's to cut corners with his product too.
