There are many small wineries that can compete with the big ones....this is definitely one of them. Didn't even know this existed on our wine trip but glad we found it. Did a tasting of all their wines and couldn't find one that I didn't like. Talked with one of the owners for a while and it was amazing. This is a diamond in the rough that everyone needs to visit.PS. Try their mulled wine but we bought the last bottle!!!

Fantastic! Wonderfully casual and laid back. Great service. Really solid wine (we make our own wine as well and my hat is off to them). We will definitely be back soon!

Five stars for WINE SLUSHIES!! This is a must when in the Wheeling area. You can sit outside on the patio while listening to live music and enjoy a delicious red or white wine slush! I mix mine because I live dangerously! I can't say much about the rest of their wines because I've only tried the slushy. Go get you one!!

Great winery! Great wines! The owner is extremely personable. He gave us a tour of his facility and sat with us explaining the process. Each wine came with a story. This place is a must stop if you're in the area!

A true diamond in the rough, Vino di Piccin is a family-run winery and tasting house located in Lansing, Ohio, between St. Clairsville and Bridgeport. With lots of delicious homemade wine (try Fritz's Red!) and snacks to nibble on (cheese plate, anyone?), it's the perfect spot for date night or to just hang out with family and friends. During the summer, they offer sinfully-good wine slushies that you can enjoy on their spacious patio. If you order a wine-flight, you can taste several different wines at a remarkable price, so you're sure to find one that satisfies even the most refined palate. Then stop up at the bar, and order a bottle to take home! If you're looking for something fun and different to do in the Ohio Valley, Vino di Piccin offers the perfect experience for you.

My father and his brother grew up here in the next town. Visiting for my cousins daughters graduation tomorrow and killing time today. So glad we did. Had a little taste of everything and walked happy with a bottle in each hand.

Great little winery with a variety of sweet to dry wines. Adorable atmosphere - very clean and decorated beautifully. Warren waited on us and made the experience very enjoyable. Overall a terrific night and would highly recommend for wine novices to wine experts. Note: Yelp states that you need an appointment, but walk-ins are welcome.

We were in Wheeling for an off-beat weekend away, and I added Vino di Piccin on a lark because we visit a lot of wineries closer to home, why not in ... the Ohio Valley? Sure, why not. These folks put a lot of care into what they do. We got a full tasting experience that was full of personal and local culture, and even though not every wine was a hit for the two of us, we both found plenty that we enjoyed. Had an extra glass each in our remaining time there, and took a couple of bottles home.I come from a place like Lansing (the familiar accent was a treat!), and I really wish that more of our working-class communities that have maybe seen better days had institutions like VdP to serve them. You could tell that local folks appreciate the place -- it was packed!

Some friends and I came for a girls afternoon out. We weren't sure what to expect, but decided to give it a try. It was the perfect afternoon! This little family owned and operated winery has great atmosphere, and the wine was wonderful. We started out with a flight to try several different wines. They took the time to talk to us about the different wines, where they get their grapes, how they named them after family members, and we even got a tour of the building where they make their wines. We ended the afternoon with a glass of their fabulous wine in their cozy tasting room (and several bottles to take home!). Highly recommend checking them out. You will not be disappointed!
