We used to order from Vinny's all the time but this last time our pizza came with hair on it. When we called they were very rude to us.

Kind of surprised by the bad reviews. I ordered pizza and chicken tenders for delivery and it came earlier than expected, both items were perfectly cooked and when I opened the boxes the food was piping hot. Yeah it's not gourmet food but what are you expecting. Seems like a good late night pizza option, definitely would order it again.

If you steal a car, first thing to do is get the Vinny Number removed or changed. Oh wait that's a different Vinny's.Pittsburgh has some really amazing pizza and if you try all the little local places you'll find at least 20 or 30 pies that are amazing. This one isn't one of them as far as I can tell.But while it didn't do too much for me, I still appreciate their existence, and some of their products taste better than others. And I support these local places over Pizza Hut every time.

I ordered delivery from Vinny's recently, and I'd say an "a-ok" is a reasonable rating for this place. They're not the priciest place to order from, which is a plus. And when I was craving comfort food above all else, the menu here fit the bill. Plus, you know what they say about pizza - even when it's not the best, it's usually still pretty good!With that in mind, I will say the ingredient ratios on the pizza are not my favorite. My pizza had both minimal cheese and minimal sauce, and based on other reviews, this is the norm. To that I say, well darn: I want plenty of cheese and sauce on my pizza!I do want to note that I ordered two individual slices rather than a whole pizza, so that's probably why (as seen in my review's photo) my toppings were just thrown on instead of baked into the original layer of cheese. Honestly, that's fair. After all, why bake a whole pizza for a couple of slices with specific toppings?To end on a positive note, I do want to mention that my food arrived hot and on time, it wasn't burned, and it hit the spot when I needed comfort food. Some chicken tenders and fries were the perfect follow-up for dinner when I was in an "I just want junk food" mood. So I'd probably order from here again - although it's admittedly to be determined if that next order includes more pizza.

We were visiting some friends who live in green tree and coming back late from the Kennywood fall festival. We were really hungry and wanted pizza. Our friends local spot was already closed so we decided to try Vinny's. We ordered the pizza for delivery shortly before we left the Kennywood parking lot. The food arrived right when we got home. The delivery person was very polite. And the pizza was hot and fresh. We got two large pizzas and we're very happy.

- 1 Star because today January 30th 2023 at 8:11 pm I called and ordered what I asked for was A cheese steak with Provolone cheese and ketchup with French fries and what i received for 21.00 dollars was 1. French fry 2. One 2 liter of Mt. Dew and 3. I got a big piece of bread with cheese sprinkled over it.... So I called them back and Sartaev the person who took my order got very combative and very rude telling me how I didn't order a steak sandwich but rather said I order cheese bread. This is by far the worst experience I've had in the last 30 years of being on the road and having food delivered. Be very careful when ordering you'll receive whatever they want to give you.... Then in return they will be very disrespectful when calling back and asking for your original order to be fixed / sent. Very bad business... Don't waste your hard earned money here it's not even worth a free meal !!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst food I've ever ordered. I wouldn't feed this to a stray cat.First time ordering from this place and the bread was soggy / wet, the steak was flappy and smelled bad, and some topings were missing. I'd recommend italian village or anything else.

I used to order from here all the time, it was always my go to. But since they upped their prices I just can't afford to spend $11 on fries and cheese!?! It's such a shame, the food is very good and it used to be so affordable but the prices are just so insane anymore.

We've moved again so the search is now on in a new neighborhood for good pizza! After trying Vinny's, I think we are 0-1. Pizza was very thin and resembled frozen pizza. Not much sauce or cheese. Wings were dried out and bare. I think we only got one or two flat backs with the order. Disappointing. I will say that the employees were all working hard and very friendly.Off to the next one...

I ordered a large Greek pizza with extra Italian sausage and got a red pizza with no gyro meat and very little Italian sausage, a Greek pizza is white with gyro meat, I think I'm owed a pizza done right., I also ordered a meatball stromboli, there was very very little meatballs in it , it was all filled with mostly cheese and nothing else. Do you honestly believe people will continue to order food from you if you make food like that? I know I won't be going back.
