Ville Restaurant & Bar

Moved away for about 20 years. Returning to the Valley and coming back to The Ville was not only nostalgic, but worth the trip down memory lane! The food and staff are awesome and even though times have changed, The Ville's excellent food and service have not. We will be coming back time and time again.

I am from 6 hours away, I asked the hotel for restaurant recommendations. I did not originally take their recommendations but I went with a local co-worker. Walked into the Ville, about 6:55pm on a Tuesday night. Got sat immediately and received my water exactly at 7:02pm, when I texted a co-worker thank you for recommending the location. I waited for 16 minutes and NO ONE came back to ask me for appetizers or ordering. I got up and left. Went to the IRISH PUB "THE HARP AND HABIT" SERVICE was AMAZING, appetizer FANTASTIC & the SALMON WAS amazing!!! Smaller restaurant but they gave better care!

The absolute best place to eat in the Ohio valley. Everything on the menu is delicious. Their homemade potato soup on Saturdays is the best i've ever had. Love this place!!

Such a great local, hole in the "mall". The service was great. The food was fast and yummy. If we were ever back in Steubenville, we'd definitely come back.

Always a family favorite! Great sandwiches, salads, and pasta. We always get the fried zucchini too. It's unmatched

This restaurant has an awesome menu and delicious food. I have never had a bad meal. I think you get a generous size portion for your money. Delicious salads, sandwiches and onion rings.

I used to love The Ville. They seem to have stopped caring about tasty food. Their steak salads are still good. Wing it in Weirton is GREAT

Just had the crispy bacon salad. It was very small. The whole purpose of going out for dinner was to not go home and make anything. However that's what we had to do. The bowl was big, but the salad was not.

Love the menu.....great staff! A good place to sit, relax and enjoy a good meal!! Drink selection suits any occasion!

By far the WORST restaurant I have EVER been to. We have given it a few different tries to...but it gets worse each time. Their "fresh" chicken salads are for sure reheated "mystery meat" of some sort. Their nachos are nothing short of something you could find at my 5 year old's soccer games with the "cheesey" yellow sauce out of a can. The "fresh fish" is horrible and will definitely turn your stomach in a second.To top it off, their servers (Specifically a gentleman named Christian) are incredibly rude. We specifically asked all of them if the food was fresh or frozen and they all claimed it was fresh. After years of working in a restaurant myself, you can definitely tell the food is reheated. The only thing going for them right now is the somewhat cold beer. The ambiance is awful and the sticky tables and menus are a huge turnoff. Too bad the bar is too small to sit at and the bartenders save the seats for their favorites only.
