Valentour's Family Restaurant and Pub

First timers! Food portions were huge! The pasta's are made to order so there is a little wait, but it was well worth it! Our waitress was very nice and very knowledgeable about the menu! Highly recommend this place!

Tried this local spot based on a whim and good YelpReviews. A remote location with an eclectic ambiance. This "Italian" restaurant surprisingly housed in a log cabin. The menu includes a Mixture of handmade Italian entrees and traditional sandwich options. Full bar with homemade wine options. NOTE: the "local" wine is what you would expect from a "homemade" vintage. We had greens and beans for appetizer: it was good but a bit over garlic'ed. I had the Elaina chicken entree and my wife hade a shrimp tortellini special - Both were pretty good. By far, the star of the meal was the cream puff desert - it was spectacular! Service was great. Prices were reasonable. my wife and I enjoyed the vibe. Worth a try if in the area!

Friendly, attentive service. Excellent food and menu choices. The upbeat music contributes to the family atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back to this gem of a restaurant.

Food and service have always been nothing short of excellent here! My parents frequent Valentours and I now understand why! I've been there 4 times now and each time I've gotten a delicious meal and outstanding service! Their ranch is one of my favorites (which is shocking because I like runny ranch and theirs is very thick) it's just so yummy!! The style of the restaurant is what I would call rustic italian??? It's cute, homey and quaint-- nothing pops out to me as unwelcoming there! Definitely recommend if you want to try out something new or go on a more casual date night that still offers great food!

My mom and I wanted to try someplace new so we went to Valentour's on a Friday night. We were seated right away. It was crowded, but we still had no wait. The waitress was super friendly and recommended the chicken parm, which was delicious! The atmosphere was nice. Everyone was friendly. Price was good for the amount of food. We had plenty of leftovers!!! We will definitely be back!

This is an excellent, off the radar, small town Italian restaurant. From the outside, it isn't even apparent that it is a rather comfortable and cozy environment inside with a very nice looking bar and dining area. The food was so good. I had the deliciously prepared chicken parmigiana and I will entirely come back here again when I am in the area (I was about ten minutes away at the PGH botanic gardens) to try other dishes. The waitress was very warm and inviting. I am amazed that they have such a small amount of open hours. With how good their food is, I presume they aren't often waiting for customers! :)

Unassuming on the outside, but awesome on the inside. We were blown away by the service, food, and portions!

We had a wonderful first time visit to Valentours. It is a wonderfully friendly restaurant where the waitress will sit in your booth while she takes your order. The dipping oil for the bread was especially delicious and the entree portions were generous. My honey chicken pasta primavera was very flavorful and much more than I could eat. My wife's Pasta Valentour had lots of shrimp but she found the sauce to be bland. I can definitely recommend the chocolate brownie with ice cream. As an added plus the music was vintage Italian restaurant songs. We will definitely go back.
