They are made to order and from what I can tell, they have chocolate, vanilla, and blueberry cake donuts, and you pick your topics on the spot. The donuts come out warm, and the toppings are very tasty. I love all things lemon, and the lemon donut was delicious. I ended up picking up two dozen for a Gun Dog function and all the guys who tried one, asked where they came from. On a cold crisp day, a warm donut sure fills the soul. Glad I stopped.

My wife and I have stopped by here on numerous Sunday mornings in the past two months. Valencia Donuts is located right on 228 and we were drawn into it by the donuts sign outside. We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into the first time that we entered the place but were excited to see that you could customize everything about the donut. You pick between vanilla, chocolate and blueberry donuts and they pull it out of something that is keeping it warm. Next you are given the option to get it filled with Bavarian creme or raspberry jelly. The filling machine injects it directly into the donut which is quite cool and there is no mess. Once that is done you can choose an icing with the choices being vanilla, lemon, chocolate, orange, glazed, maple or strawberry. Finally you get to top it off with cinnamon and sugar, nuts, coconut or any number of different combos of sprinkles. All of this can be done on single donuts, half dozens or dozens. Every time that my wife and I have been here the employees have been super pleasant with us. My favorite at this point in time is a blueberry donut filled with Bavarian creme and I have been rotating between fillings and toppings trying to find the perfect one!The bottom line for me is that I will stop by here again and again in the future. It's a nice little treat that tastes good and I love that you are able to customize it. So do yourself a favor and stop by if you happen to be driving by and they are open.

These donuts were awesome! I went yesterday with my son, as we ordered some St Patrick's day donuts last week. It is a little bit of a drive for us, but we heard so many good things, I had to try this place! The two ladies working yesterday were so kind and thoughtful. They decorated our donuts with a lot of attention to the details, as I told them these were mostly for kids in my neighborhood. The donuts were very fresh and delicious, and the customer service there was top notch. I will definitely be back in the future! Highly recommend visiting this place!

Made the 40 minute trip to Valencia Donuts based on the positive Yelp reviews. My family ordered a dozen donuts. The best way to describe these donuts is this - the concept is similar to Duck Donuts and Peace Love and Little Donuts. While PLLD has small donuts and Duck donuts has full-size donuts, these are right in the middle. There are a couple features that give Valencia an edge - first, they have more than just yellow cake donuts. They also offer chocolate and blueberry. Second, they give the option of infusing the donuts with cream or raspberry filling, in addition to the topping choices. Overall, we really enjoyed the donuts. We managed to snag a few chocolate ones right out of the fryer and they were delicious. One possible improvement is to have some "pre-selected" combinations. It was daunting to have to come up with combinations for 12 donuts. We had to write down notes so we could remember what everyone wanted! Maybe we overthought it a bit. I will definitely return. I give it 4 stars only because I like Duck Donuts a weee bit more.

Came here with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Each donut is made individually for you. There were 3 options of donuts, Bavarian cream or raspberry jelly filling, a variety of icings, and then a handful of toppings. The donuts were very fresh, and fairly small, but priced right to make it work. I had a blueberry donut, with Bavarian cream, and maple icing that was delicious. My other donut was vanilla, with raspberry jelly, and chocolate frosting.The donuts are delicious, small in size, but priced very reasonably. We had to wait a little since each donut is individually concocted, but it was not unreasonable. When we go to visit our friends again, I forsee this being another place we will return.
