V3 Flatbread Pizza

After exploring the night life in Pittsburgh we stumbled upon this pizza Joint The service was quick and simple The ingredients were plenty and the price was 11$ for custom or select favorites I went with their top pizza and I will say it was flavorful, it filled me up and the ingredients were good ! Will say the line to this place during dark hours is a bit long but worth it haha 4/5 would come back again

We went here quickly because it was pouring down rain. We weren't sure what to expect (didn't have time to check out reviews), but we were pleasantly surprised! The flatbread pizza crust is delicious. The toppings were all good and the combinations were nice! I'd come back here over and over and try a variety of things.

Pretty good pizza spot! Definitely nowhere near the best I've ever had, but certainly not bad. It makes for a nice, cheap, and customizable pizza spot. I tried their classic cheese pizza, regular crust, with white garlic sauce, fresh mozzarella, shaved Parmesan, feta, and Wisconsin mozzarella.For the amount of cheese I added on to this pie, it was surprisingly not that cheesy. It's got a thin crust, which makes it a lighter meal. Still, a good portion for the price, and enough to fill up a person.I liked the crispiness of the pie. It tasted decently fresh too. The cheese had a nice salty flavor but wasn't exceptional. All the cheeses kind of blended together, so I could feel each individual flavor.All in all, definitely not bad. And quite good for BYO flatbreads for a cheap price. Cheap too!

I ordered a firehouse chicken pizza and somehow got a pizza with steak, sausage, onions and balsamic glaze on it. Not at all what I ordered, but it still tasted okay. I was in and out of the place in minutes and the service was super quick. Place was also clean and the overall concept is cool. You can pretty much have any pizza you want made right in front of you in minutes.

Super cute small place in the heart of Lawrenceville,Super great deal for the amount of food you get, especially for the v3 of the day which was $8! Pizza was crispy and perfectly cooked, definitely will be returning!

Yummy flatbread pizza. This restaurant works kinda like a Subway---you get to make your own pizza with the ingredients on their assembly line. Then they pop it in the oven to melt the cheese/heat the ingredients. I love being able to customize my food, so I love this concept. The cooks are super quick, so you won't wait long. There's enough seating to sit and enjoy your food, but I've always taken my food to go.

Our first time there, and won't be the last. Had the Chop Shop and the Sunnyside sausage ( minus the egg, but added pepperoni). Both were very good. Will have to try others the next time.

If you are looking for a great flatbread pizza...this is the one! Which you can pick one that the restaurant created or you can create your own with the great fresh toppings that they offer. They flatebreads are great sizes to share or even have on your own that will possibly have leftovers. The cheese bread is also really good with the great seasoning that the put on. Another thing that i really like about this place is that you can put your own little additional seasoning once they hand it to you like cayenne pepper, oregano, parmesan and a few others it's great. Gotta check it out won't disappoint

So happy to see that V3 recovered from a brief trip down hill. For a while this restaurant was dirty and staffed with some questionable people who were unprofessional across the board to make V3 feel quite sketchy. But even then, during that trip downhill, the pizza was very delicious. Visited V3 last weekend and happy to see that it is very clean and run like an actual restaurant again with with professional staff again. And the pizza is still delicious with that perfect crust. Something about V3 pizza crust is so delicious. I don't know what it is, but you could put hot garbage on a crispy thin V3 pizza crust, and it would taste good if not delicious. Welcome back V3!

Delicious food, fast service, great selection and really friendly people. I got a pesto pizza with veggies.
