USC Sushi

This is the freshest, most flavorful sushi and it was all for a reasonable price! Will definitely return soon!

Take out only - call or email in advance. The nigiri combo was good especially the yellow tail. Tuna was lean. The rice was nicely seasoned and was a bit larger than most. The sushi burrito was dense with ingredients and a fun spin on traditional items. Will certainly be back.

This sushi place just opened, and now I'm in lunch heaven! The restaurant used to be a pizza place, and from the outside it kind of looks like a hole in the wall... but once you're past that, everything else about this is a positive.Staff is friendly, I asked if the sushi rice was seasoned and the man at the counter told me THE PH FACTOR of the seasoning he uses! He used to work for a Japanese style restaurant , but proudly stated that he likes his rice better. That kind of passion was a very good sign... and the prices on the menu looked good (Apple Pay and other contactless payments accepted), so I ordered what I felt would be most representative of their offerings, the Poke bowl (Po-Keh).Nice bite sized pieces of fish (both tuna & salmon! Roe), the rice has a nice balance of seasoning (apparently he measures the pH even, it's a bit milder than I make it), some pieces of pineapple, Edamame beans, sesame seeds, cucumber over a bed of mixed spring green salad with a ginger dressing.Seriously so good, generous portion that was too much for me to finish before my lunch break was up. They're right across the street from me, and SO much better than Atarashi Sushi (sorry, but I way prefer USC Sushi's style here), and I can't wait to try out their tempura and other goodies!

Tried this place out last night and was highly impressed. I had the nigiri and seaweed salad. The pieces were large portioned and very good. They even put a fried dumpling with my meal (also very good). Next visit I plan on trying some of their rolls.

This place is truly top notch. Some of the freshest sushi you will ever eat. The sushi burrito is a flavor bomb. The rest of the rolls Godzilla, Steelers and Shrimp Tempura are also fantastic that we had.It was NYE and the restaurant closed early, but the friendly staff still took our order and it was ready for pickup in 20 minutes.Adding the spring rolls and salad to each roll is a nice surprise as well.This was our first time getting takeout from here and it will not be our last. So much fresh fish and tasty sauces in each roll.

Food was phenomenal and the sushi burrito is specifically excellent. Will 100% be going back regularly
