Two Fat Guys And An Oven

We were in the area and decided to find a local bakery and gosh this place did not disappoint! We always get a large variety of items to sample and we're thrilled with the large selection. We ran into a local upon our arrival who made solid recommendations. Our favorite item was the snuggles. It's almost like a puffed pastry dough with cinnamon sugar twisted in. It was flavorful and delicious. Everything we tasted was yummy! The scones are another item that deserves a shout out. We had already eaten pizza, but the pizza they had looked delicious too!

Love this place! They are friendly, and helpful. The food is good. Love everything I have tried.I went in one day on my way home and just wanted a 2 pieces of pizza for lunch. I stood there waiting for help and this lady came in and came right in front of me and took the rest of the pizza. They felt so bad and made me a pizza. Love the meatball sandwich and their bread. If you're ever in New Castle and see Two Fat Guys and an oven stop in, you won't be sorry.Just heads up there a busy place but well worth it!

Really great homemade bread and pizza. Breakfast sandwiches are amazing. Recommend to everyone that I know. Staff is always great as well.

Wow so flippin good! Everything is freshly made from the pizza dough the sauce, excellent quality. I got the chocolate chip cookies and they are fat thick and moist was just enough crispiness on the outside to give you that texture where it's a little crunchy but soft. I also got the peanut butter cookies with a chocolate drop in the center and it taste like a homemade peanut butter cookie where you can taste real peanut butter, the chocolate drop is an actual delicious tasting piece of chocolate not immitation. 1000 times better than the Amish cookies that we usually buy out at the cheese house or at Apple castle. These cookies are simply better ingredients, fresh and taste better. We are from out of town, but we're going to make this a stopping point every time we're in Newcastle. My only regret is I didn't buy more stuff!

Everything is always wonderful and fresh. They offer a large variety that makes deciding what to get extremely difficult.

Excellent baked goods. The cinnamon sticks with maple icing are absolutely our favorite.

What a delightful surprise to find this hidden gem of a bakery. i love the fresh baked bread and there are so many pastries, cookies, bread-bowl soups, and even pizza, plus more to choose from. Worth the trip. 10/10

This has got to be the best bakery around!!! You just can't make up your mind once you enter the building, too many goodies to choose from!! Lots of different kinds of bread daily, (good old homestyle is still my favorite though, perfect). Get there early though!Cinnamon rolls are my favorite, melt in your mouth. Be sure to buy extra, put them in the freezer. Few seconds in the microwave and they are delicious!! Everyone is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend, every time we're in the area we stop. I can't imagine how anyone could give them a bad rating (as I've seen here from a few). We've been buying from them for years and have NEVER had one thing that wasn't delicious and we've bought for many friends over the years and they are all in agreement.
