Twin Peaks Restaurant in Boardman, Ohio: A Dine-and-Dash Worthy Experience (But Not in a Good Way!)So, I recently decided to check out the shiny new Twin Peaks in Boardman, and let me tell you, it was an adventure -- albeit not the kind of adventure I was hoping for. I ordered the fish tacos, and my friend went for the burger. Spoiler alert: the fish tacos were drier than the Sahara Desert. I thought I was going to need a glass of water just to get one down! Seriously, I was contemplating whether I should have brought my own hydration pack.Now, let's talk drinks. I had a couple of cocktails at the bar, and let's just say they were more "oddly flavored" than "craft cocktail." I mean, if I wanted a drink that tasted like a science experiment gone wrong, I could have just raided my kitchen. Plus, for the price, they were about as small as my motivation to go back there.Oh, and the bartenders? Gorgeous, sure, but the vibe was like I had walked into an episode of "Mean Girls." They were all over my guest like bees on honey, while I was left feeling like the third wheel -- or maybe the unwanted side salad. There was one gal in particular who seemed to take her caddy demeanor to an Olympic level, and honestly, I couldn't tell if I was at a restaurant or a high school reunion where I wasn't invited.And here's the kicker: I thought her makeup was stunning! I mean, I don't understand how someone can look that good while making me feel so uncomfortable. It's like she was channeling all the negative energy into her eyeliner!Bottom line: I wanted to love Twin Peaks. I really did! But with the unappealing food presentation and the customer service that felt like a slap in the face, I think it's safe to say I won't be returning. They might want to take a long, hard look in the mirror -- and not just to admire their makeup. Perhaps a little revamping in friendliness, service, and quality control is in order? Because let's be real: if it looks bad and tastes worse, you're not winning any fans here.

Fantastic, fun lunch at Twin Peaks !! Hubby and I shared the double plated nachos with brisket and 6 piece breaded hot honey wings . Also enjoyed their signature beers , redhead, light , and blonde . The nachos were huge serving with tons of fresh toppings like guac , jalapeños, queso. The wings were excellent lots of flavor and a fun new taste I haven't seen on a wing menu yet . The restaurant was clean and decorated fun . Waitress was friendly and accommodating.

Never in my life have I spit out food in a restaurant because of how bad it is . Whatever you do don't eat the chicken but specifically on the nachos . Only worth coming here for the drinks TVs and the atmosphere

After waiting a while to get our food, the steak was over cooked, and the wings had a hair in it. After bringing the hair up to the waiter(she did a great job), she took it back and the cooks and manager put blame on us for the the issues and after waiting over an hour and 30 minutes to have it fixed, we asked to just have the food to go. So the waitress was told to tell us they will be having to charge full price. Poor management and cooks not caring about their food quality and the had zero customer service care, what a shame. I got charged $105 and 2 of us didn't even get to eat.

I came in today, expecting really good food. The restaurant was completely empty The service was extremely slow even though there were a lot of servers. Food took about 40 minutes to come out and our drinks took about 15 minutes which is very unacceptable and ridiculous! The food came out and the pickles were unseasoned, soggy, and just straight up disgusting! I asked for my wings to be crispy and they were soggy, drenched in sauce and I only got one leg and 5 flats like what the hell. Anyways so I ordered takeout at the end of my meal for my mom, I ordered a lobster sandwich or something like that and I brought it home and gave it to her, I left for about 50 minutes after dropping it off to her and I come back home and shes in the bathroom throwing up and having a really upset stomach about 30 minutes after eating the food, the mayo was most likely spoiled or something wasn't cooked properly but she now has food poisoning and is throwing up non stop!!! I don't know who the hell is cooking that food but they need to be fired!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!!!

An exceedingly average experience at best. The server was kind and did a good job. None of this is her fault. However, the wait was excruciatingly long for the food. The restaurant was at least a 1/3rd of the way empty and we still had to wait 40 minutes for the main course and 15 to 20 minutes for the appetizer. 15 to 20 minutes for some deep fried pickle slices. The burger was average at best. Nothing remotely special about it. It had that backyard grill aftertaste. Will not be back.

My lady wanted to try Twin Peaks for her birthday. A very pretty lady showed us to a table. Then we sat for 15 mins waiting for someone to take our drink and give us a menu. Meanwhile, 3 of the gorgeous ladies stood behind the bar looking at the menus like they were trying to order for themselves, and another 6-7 were huddled by the door. There were not busy, there were probably more servers than customers. So after 15 mins of waiting, we got thirsty enough to leave and go to Red Lobster. As soon as they seatest us they asked us what we would like to drink. That is how service is done. No customer should have to wait that long to get a drink, especially when it's their birthday.

food: food was just fine, no oil & vinegar for salad. chips were thin and a little stale. service: took a while to be seated, not busy at alltable service was excellent, young lady-named started with an A. ambiance: the owner was having a meeting with a manager and talked very loudly and seemed very condescending to her.he then had a 'teams' meeting online and again talked very loudly, the whole time facing us. I feel this was very inappropriate I realize now that the servers are dressed scantily to attract men's attention, but will not return nor recommend it to others.
