Twelve Oaks Mansion

Our daughter's wedding reception was held at the Twelve Oaks and we have to say it was an absolutely fantastic evening. Our guests raved about the food and the accommodations were spectacular...the library, the room for dinning & dancing, the outdoor patio areas. Everything was setup exactly as discussed and beautiful. Linda Santa was on site the entire evening and was helpful in every way possible.The only concerns we had were our ability to connect via phone with the team prior to the event (which we worked out), and the potential hiccup of not being able to get into the venue the Friday before to setup (a concern which never materialized). I would highly recommend the Twelve Oaks Mansion be one of your considerations as a wedding venue.

I was recently at a rehearsal dinner at Twelve Oaks and was really impressed. The mansion sits up on a hill. The location has plenty of parking. If you are looking for an old historic mansion this is not the place. It's modern and nice, but a newer facility. I saw two rooms and both were large with an elegant feel. The meal that we had was delicious considering that it was a buffet. A vodka pasta, chicken, fish, salad and potato were the buffet selections.The staff was friendly and always aware of beverage needs! I would suggest this location for a shower, rehearsal dinner or even small reception.

I went here for my cousin's wedding and reception. Though the place was beautiful - I'm sure they paid too much - as the food wasn't the best!There was plenty of parking, the place inside and out was really nice and they can accommodate a ton of people! Everything was clean - bathrooms were spotless and the view was incredible!

Our daughter's wedding was held here two weeks ago .Leigh , Julie and the entire staff was amazing -such hard workers and great attention to detail ! As the mother of the bride it was so nice not to have to worry about anything ! The venue is gorgeous -very roomy with a lot of natural light - a spacious dance floor too ! I highly recommend 12 Oaks -you will not be disappointed!

From the beautiful, clean venue to the responsiveness extended to me to the well prepared and delicious (warm) food served, (my guests all raved about the quality and taste of the food), it was truly a spectacular and memorable day! You run a spectacular show!

I recently attended at wedding at Twelve Oaks Mansion. The service was the worst I have ever experienced ever at a wedding. During the cocktail hour, there was not any staff picking up the empty glasses, used wooden skewers, or napkins. There also wasn't a designated place to put these items.The bartenders had tip jars at the bar. I felt this was a bit tacky for an open bar wedding.Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was recently at a wedding reception at Twelve Oaks. The building interior and exterior are first rate. The setting at the hilltop provides a panoramic view of the surrounding hill sides. There is plenty of parking and the two rooms can hold about 150 guest. The access road from Rt 228 is a little rough but once you are on the property it is fine. The bar opened a little late after the guest were arriving and caused a needless long line to build up for bar service. The hot hors d'oeuvres, bacon wrapped artichoke and spinach puffed pastry, were very good and the wait staff did a good job mingling with the guest to serve them. We also had shrimp, cheese and crackers, and vegetable crudites as self serve items. The shrimp were extra large and very good.Diner was served family style with large plates coming to the table to be passed among the guest. I thought this is much better than long buffet lines and people waiting for their table to be called. The food was very good. We had steaks, chicken, and cod stuffed with crab meat. The only suggestion I would make is the steaks be served separately on a hot plate to keep them warm. They arrived along side potatoes and were only luke warm.It is a great location for a wedding reception.

We had our 12.27.13 wedding reception here and it was AMAZING. The venue is untouchably gorgeous, the food is outstanding (all of the guests were telling us), Bethany is super organized & easy to work with & the Chef is too! We had many gluten free needs & beyond - they tailored their dinners to them. Everything is freshly homemade by Thomas the Executive Chef. Absolutely gorgeous & amazing !!!!
