Great pizza, worth the price. Their stuffed pizza is probably the best specialty pie I've had. No doubt the price is a bit higher than average but you really do get what you pay for and in this case, the extra few dollars is well worth it.

Tucks has the best pizza and hoagies in the Kiski Valley. Great, friendly service. Prices are very reasonable. Great experience for both dine-in and take-out. Good location and ample parking.

If what you are looking for is the cookie cutter pizza that all the local and national chains make, then by all means there are plenty of places in the area that fit that bill. THIS is not that place. This is a somewhat dated and shabby (but clean) diner type place that has great food. I highly recommend the steak tuck, made on an excellent pita bread, a tasty Stromboli or calzone or the excellent focaccia bread style square pizza. My goal in this review is to forewarn you as to the difference here. First off they make their own very excellent bread. The square pizza (16 cut) is THICK with a light flavored tomato sauce that is not overly seasoned with all the normal toppings. (My personal favorite is their sausage). Because it is on a focaccia style bread (which they sell separately as poor mans bread) it is going to be different. Make no mistake - this crust is right on par with what you can find in the best Pittsburgh places like Enricos. I haven't tried everything on their menu but what we have had over the years seems fresh and homemade. If you are looking for a filling meal that is a different experience this is it. If you want the same ole thing - go to the same ole place. Service is very friendly.

Pizza is delicious with a crunchy homemade crust. We got one side salad and it's big enough to split..homemade celery seed dressing is a must try.

Pizza is edible, but that's about it. The calzone is good, only compared to the pizza.

Stuffed pizza and poor man's bread are outstanding! Everything else is solid. Definitely worth a try if you've never ordered from here. Employees always kind and very hardworking.

I've had tucks a few times prior to writing this review, but my last visit sealed the deal. The food has always been below average, no flavor, cheaply made, over priced for what it is. But the poor mans bread was always good. Until my last and final visit, we got a side of bread with our salad, and the bread had mold inside.Let me point out, our young waitress was very sweet and all around a good waitress. We showed her the bread, she showed concern, and took it to the cook. The cook came out guns blazing, and rudely and aggressively said that it was not mold, it was the pink garlic they used. And followed with "I don't care what you say it's not mold, think what you want".Now we aren't rude people. We were hungry and honestly just wanted to eat. But we're not stupid, we know mold when we seen it. We were offered new bread. Which we excepted but never received (made us wonder why). They charged us full price for everything. We weren't looking for a free meal. But we figured maybe knock off the salad because of the moldy bread. As we were leaving the cook rudely said again about it not being mold. Okay. We got it. We ate, we paid and we're leaving. She just seemed to need that last word. Definitely won't be back.
