It's hard to really describe this place. It's essentially a cafe and sandwich shop, with a number of different grab-and-go items and beverages from local producers. And also a butcher specializing in locally sourced pasture raised meat. My understanding is that the cafe is actually associated with the farm where the beef is sourced. The space is newly constructed and cozy, but can get fairly crowded. The staff were all on the ball, but the overall experience seemed somewhat chaotic. Grab and go items seemingly needed to be punched in manually rather than just scanning a bar code, and picking up a sandwich or salad order when it was ready didn't seem to have an obvious or consistent workflow. All of that said, the food was great. They had at least one vegetarian sandwich option (a really good lion's mane mushroom barbecue sandwich), a few salads, and a handful of vegetarian grab-and-go salads (but be sure to read the ingredients). All were pretty good, and certainly very fresh. We actually picked up a jar of pickles from a local supplier and paired it with our sandwich and salad. It was an overall great experience.

Starting before we even get inside... It's admirable that you think humans are smart and courteous enough to self manage a parking lot but please paint lines so people know where their space is and I don't have to park partially on the sidewalk. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 entrees. My partner's coffee came out before our meal, I had to go up and ask for mine again after my food came out and I still didn't have it. Both drinks were gross. I didn't try her latte but my cortado tasted burnt and bitter. Fun fact, there's only one size for a cortado and one size for a cappuccino. My partner ordered eggs and bacon. The eggs came scrambled with a bunch of herbs and fennel in them (wasn't on the menu, didn't ask for it) and she said they were not tasty. I ordered a "Philly cheese steak" that came out with not enough meat and the cheese was cold. There is no water unless you buy a bottle. When your order is ready, they yell your number on an intercom which really doesn't help the atmosphere. Counter service, come pick up your food, bus your table and we'll be asking for a tip when you check out.I recommend hiring an experienced chef to tighten up the food / presentation and hiring an experienced barista to sort out your coffee situation. (I think they spent that budget on all the decor knick knacks). I honestly can't think of one reason to add a 2nd star. Ligonier doesn't have a ton of places to eat so we were excited to try this but one and done on this place.

Tubmill Creek Provisions was recommended by another family member. They were very happy with the food service, service and the friendly atmosphere. My husband and I came here on a Friday. The restaurant is large and very well designed. There's a parking lot along the side of the building and additional metered spaces along the street. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese on a brioche bun, while my partner ordered the turkey sub. Everything was delicious and well prepared. This is "farm to table" at its best. There is a huge selection of fresh and frozen meats available to purchase, along with a variety specialty items; such as preserves, honey, snacks and several brands of beverages. Specialty coffees and a very nice selection of baked goods completes the experience. Some items are expensive, but I attributed that to the extra effort made getting and preparing the products. I would return here again.

If I lived in Ligonier this would be my go to spot hands down. The design and layout is so incredibly well thought out, it just welcomes one in for shopping, dining, and meeting. There is an outdoor seating area, an enclosed patio seating, and indoor seating. We were greeted by the friendly cashier, placed our order for coffees, and browsed while waiting. They have a smallish selection for a great variety of things: grab & go munchies, grab & go meal options, meat, and gift-y items. We enjoyed our well made and tasty coffees out on the porch where we entered into delightful conversation with locals. This place is the epitome of community friendly hang out!

The concept of the place is cool. The interior is so cozy and market like. Beautiful exterior. I am sure on a less busy day it's less disorganized and chaotic. We went there during the Ice Festival which makes sense that it would be busy. The complaints I have are the disorganization of the place. There is no formal way to form a line. So customers are just all over the place asking each other if they are in line. The food did take nearly an hour to prepare. Which again I understand due to the level of business. The bar only had dry wines, so not much of an option for those who like sweet wines. The sandwiches were delicious. The bread was overly toasty, almost burnt. But oh well. When I asked a staff at the counter for a togo box, instead of just casually grabbing a box she told me to go to the checkout counter to ask for one. The counter ladies appeared to be very stressed and overwhelmed. Another customer wanted a knife to cut her sandwich and was ignored by the meat counter kiddo. She legitimately looked like a young teen. Anyways, I ended up wrapping my sandwich in napkins instead of waiting for a box. It's a find your own table kind of concept. It was reassuring of society that people weren't rude or pushy about getting a table. They patiently waited for someone to get up and casually took the table without fighting anyone for it. That was pretty awesome to watch. The couple before us were polite when they saw my friend and I waiting for a seat. They cleaned up their dishes and asked us if we needed a table. They joked with us a little before leaving. Everyone needs to be more like them. :). Behind the counter, the only one who seemed to be enjoying the chaos was the gorgeous barista whipping out the coffee orders like a true boss. With a proper line formation, access to togo boxes and knives, and some sweet wine, the place would be absolutely top notch.

Beautifully done new dining experience in Ligonier! They offer coffee and teas along with home made baked goods for the morning crowd. And for lunch or early dinner, you can choose a salad or sandwich. They also sell fresh meats grown right here in the Ligonier Valley. This is a true Farm to Table establishment because the beef comes directly from the farmer raising it. There is a fresh meats counter but also a large freezer wall offering any kind of beef cut you may want. The restaurant area is open and spacious and done so tastefully! It's s currently open from 6 am to 6 pm 7 days a week! So you must find a convenient time to stop in and try it out.

This is my favorite place in town, and I am there many days of the week! The food is terrific, service and ambience is great, and the coffee drinks are especially well priced. There is also a full gourmet deli and butcher counter, as well as a bar. You cannot beat it for options! Love sitting by their fireplace or on the glass patio and lingering over one of their FABULOUS home made desserts

I really want to like this place more. The decor is incredible. They must have had Joanna Gaines design this place because every element of the space is perfect. The food is also really good. We've always come for breakfast Some of my favorites include the omelet on a bun and the cinnamon roll. Generally, their breakfast sandwiches are spot on. But unfortunately, I always seem to leave this place feeling like I am a small child who was just scolded for doing something wrong. Can I have a glass of water? No, we don't do that. You have to buy it. Can I have my cinnamon roll warmed? Well, you're gonna have to remind me. Can you put my coffee in my own cup? No, you have to dump it in yourself. My oatmilk latte has no oatmilk. Yes it does, a latte is supposed to look like black coffee. Thank God I didn't ask for an extra sugar packet, they might have made me stand in the corner. And all of this was from my most recent visit! I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that was an isolated incident but it is all too typical of this place. I will still come back occasionally and endure the abuse just because everything else about this place is so nice. Just beware.

I found this place to be very relaxing and cozy. Definitely a high-end decor. Really appreciated the late 1800s telephone on the wall. The young lady that waited on me at the counter was spectacular! She was very attentive, knew the ins and outs of all her items, was quite professional in her delivery, and made the experience enjoyable. As for the food, I had the Thai ginger carrot soup and as a fan of Thai food, this was superb! I'll be back!
