This is a fantastic destination spot when taking a ride. Great, fantastic bar food. Wings are a specialty on certIn nights. Natchos were spectacular and Fried Zucchini excellent. They have outdoor seating with a wonderful, scenic view. Don't let the outside or bikes parked in lot drive you away. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Bartenders knowledgeable and helpful. Do yourself a favor, try the Tradesman Inn. If you don't like it, consider yourself a fuddy dutty and just stay home.

I had this place for the first time Sunday and it was DELICIOUS! Everything came out perfect. We had the fried zucchini, chicken parm sandwich and the Scenery Hill Steak sandwich. All were mouth watering. The fried zucchini was the perfect crisp and the scenery hill steak sandwich had so much flavor. My boyfriend was very happy with his choice of chicken parm. And both of us loved the homemade chips. Cannot wait to try again and next time I already know I'll be getting their ruben because boy did it look good!!

Longtime bar and grille in Scenery Hill, Pa. Always consistent food, today was the Western Fat Boy Burger. Fresh Brioche bun, medium cooked, juicy Burger, a half pound two-hand burger, with house BBQ sauce, an onion ring, yummy bacon, and American cheese. Everything worked together well for a great Burger. A side of Onion Rings, beer battered, great crunch, with a Southwest dipping sauce, made for a great lunch! It's not much to look at inside, it's definitely an older bar, but you're not coming here for a fancy ambiance, you're coming here for great bar food.

Dive-y, biker bar vibe but the food is pretty good! My brother likes the wings here, and they do have a wing night special which is hard to find anymore. My favorite is the reuben- it's a triple decker! It's huge and super filling, definitely enough for two meals. My go-to drink is a simple Jameson & ginger here. I prefer to sit outside and look at the rolling hills; the inside is pretty drab, but hey, the food is what makes it!

This is stablishment doesn't look like much from the road but once you go in if you get the outside seating the view is beautiful of the trees at the time I was there the sunset was phenomenal. If your lucky enough To be able to see local raccoon who eats from below the outside seating hes a chubby bugger but he seems very friendly and very well fed. Everything is good there from the cheese sticks to the salad to the steaks to the hamburger I very highly recommend any foods and of course get yourself an adult beverage.

Great staff and always well prepared food. Will always recommend. If you prefer your wings to be doused and drenched, they will make it happen standard. If you prefer less sauce, be sure to let them know.

Don't ask for a turkey Reuben... 1 hour later nothing... others eating that came in after us... cook trying to prove a point... won't be back. Wife on chemo and can't eat beef... shameful!

I would first say that if you want your food quickly, avoid this restaurant. Staffing consists of one bartender/server, and I suspect just one person in the kitchen. It was 45 minutes for our main dishes to be delivered, perhaps because there was a large take-out order being delivered just before our meals arrived. The place is big and comfortable, with a lot of well-spaced seating in multiple rooms. It is, however, old and non-descript. It is a rare dining spot which has a cigarette machine ($12 per pack!). Our pepperoni cheese bites appetizer ($5.95) was tiny: six small pieces. Caesar salad was ordinary, served with what was likely bottled dressing on the side. Fettucine alfredo ($9.95) was alright, but bland. My Reuben sandwich (with housemade chips, for $9.95) was the largest I have ever been served: a triple-decker. Kosher corned beef is the best for this sandwich. This was not kosher corned beef, but the sandwich was tasty. It was served on good rye bread and the dressing helped to make it moist and flavorful. Our server was pleasant and reasonably attentive. The restaurant is in the middle of nowhere on Route 40, a good distance from my home. It is not a place I would be anxious to travel to.

I've heard people rave for years about the good food at tradesmen inn but never tried it until recently. I ordered take out, pizza and a Reuben. It was absolutely average, not bad, and not great, completely edible, but not memorable.
