Town House Motel

Cute hotel, and only $59 on a Sunday night. Big room and I love the vintage bathroom! Comfy beds, AC works good as long as you move the curtain or if the way. Fridge & microwave, but no in room coffee. Great location right in town!

Room stank, I had to buy room fresheners, no guides for tv, had to figure out myself. Clean but very outdated bathroom, door had gaps in it could hear outside noise, tv went in and out all night due to windy weather. Ice machine out of order and was given ice from owner after using saw all the dirt in ice bucket.

I have now stayed here twice and this will be my last last. The hotel is cheaper than any others in the area and there is a reason. The rooms are very outdated with holes in door and windows that don't close. The tiny AC unit struggles to even cool the room. Though everything looks clean it's appearance is bad. For a guy on a trip it's ok but I would rather spend a couple extra dollars and get a place with breakfast and modern amenities.

This is a nice place to stay and within walking distance of many local restaurants near the downtown area. It's safe and quiet. A good place to sleep and has Adirondack chairs to sit outside each room to relax. People who run it are very nice. I will stay there again!

Owner is very rude. I arrived in the pouring rain and I didn't know my tag #. I wrote down the year, make, model and color of my car and advised I would get the tag # when the rain stopped. They demand the tag # and gave me the registration form to write it on. When I came back in with the form they complained it was wet and dabbed it with toilet paper. Never saw more than 4 cars in the parking lot. This could be a quaint and charming hotel but it is not. No maid service. Trash was never emptied. No clean towels. Owner takes no pride in the property. Looks like it was painted by a 4 year old. Bathroom counter was covered in peeling contact paper. No glasses provided. They have an ice machine but no ice bucket. Lacks outlets for charging electronics. There are great benches outside of the rooms but when you sit on them the owner stare at you intently and never ask if you need anything or if you are enjoying your stay. The room is a great size for 2 people and the location is convenient. This could be a great hotel but not under the current owners who treat you like squatters instead of paying guests. I love charming older hotels and expect a few quirks when staying in them but the rudeness of the owners and the lack of even basic hotel services makes this place a big NO.
