This marked our inaugural visit to the brewery, a journey we'd eagerly anticipated since discovering them on the roster of upcoming breweries in the area. Initially, I recall their announcement on social media that they were set to inhabit an older church in Sharpsburg--a notion that sparked considerable excitement. However, the details surrounding this venture remain elusive, as circumstances unfolded differently upon our arrival. Understandably, the timing didn't seem opportune to inquire, given the brewery's focus on ironing out operational nuances.Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed, though my inquiry about a flight of beers was met with uncertainty from a newly minted staff member. Nonetheless, we were graciously accommodated with a flight of four selections. Regrettably, our expectations of sampling a diverse array of their offerings were somewhat curtailed, as only a solitary brew was available on tap--Endless Void, a robust Dark Ale boasting an 8% ABV and 60 IBU. Undeterred, we ventured to sample selections from other visiting breweries, finding particular favor in the honey ale from Acrospire Brewery. An unexpected delight awaited us within the brewery's premises--an adjoining restaurant, specializing in New Orleans-style cuisine. A rarity in these parts, the establishment's affiliation with the culinary traditions of New Orleans piqued our interest. Helmed by a chef hailing from the vibrant city, the eatery drew patrons from as far as Bedford, attesting to its allure. Engaging with fellow diners, we felt an immediate camaraderie, perhaps forged by our shared appreciation for diverse culinary experiences. Though the fare leaned toward the pricier side, the quality of the cuisine left a lasting impression. Our anticipation for a return visit to the brewery is palpable, fueled by the prospect of exploring a broader selection of their beers. Moreover, the allure of indulging in the tantalizing flavors of New Orleans-style cuisine beckons us back, promising another memorable dining experience. One additional mention this is a new add-on for the Laure Highlands Pour Tour. We were able to capture a sticker at this location. It's considered Westmoreland County. The Pour tour takes place in Westmoreland, Fayette and Somerset Counties, as they consider them all part of the Laurel Highlands.

Food menu strange ,catfish and 5 dollar chicken wings . Atmosphere was dark . A lot of beer is from other breweries that you could buy at giant eagle down the street cheaper . Left after one drink listening to drunk women swearing at bar around kids , bartender not friendly
