Cool little cafe in the suburbs. Coffee is ok; breakfast burrito is my jam here. People are very nice and a decent place for an afternoon laptop session

Wait a minute? This place just moved?! I've been missing it for 5 years. It was my go to coffee place on Saturdays before work. I loved it. The vibe is so natural and I could get a shot of wheat grass and they usually had some vegan stuff. I even learned about my kids Montessori preschool here. I'm so glad it's still around!

I tried their new location last week. They have a large variety of hot and cold drinks, coffees and juices. They also have baked goods and breakfast options. I tried their coffee cake and their Bacon and Bleu quiche. The coffee cake was delicious. The quiche was very good. The service was fast and attentive. The inside has a nice decor and tables to hang out and enjoy your beverage or food.

My friend told me that Three Little Birds Cafe is one of her favorite restaurants, so I wanted to try it myself. Currently, Three Little Birds Cafe is open from morning to afternoon everyday except for Monday. They sell a variety of hot drinks such as lattes, espressos, and hot chocolate; cold drinks such as iced coffee, juices, and smoothies; and foods such as muffins, quiches, bagels, burritos, yogurt, and sandwiches. I was not sure how busy this restaurant would be on a Saturday morning, so I ordered my food online in advance. Upon my arrival at the restaurant at my chosen time of 10 AM, I saw that the restaurant was not that busy, so I likely was being silly to order in advance. The restaurant had some available tables inside and outside. The employees had my food ready at the promised time. Here are my reviews for the menu items that I ordered:Brains and Beauty - 5 stars - This drink is a fresh-press juice that contains spinach, kale, orange, and apple. The drink contained no pulp, and it somehow tasted like kiwi but was delicious.Cherry Bomb - 3.5 stars - This drink was a smoothie. It did not taste like cherry. I am not sure of its exact ingredients, but it had a gritty texture. The drink was not what I expected, but it still tasted good.Quiche - 3.5 stars - The quiche is available in two varieties--either veggie or meat--and I chose the veggie one. The size was a little smaller than I expected, but that is OK. The crust and egg had a good consistency.Classic BLT - 4.5 stars - The bread was buttered, toasted, and still warm. The bacon was perfectly crispy. The lettuce was fresh. The tomatoes were juicy. Avocado was added on, and it was brown. The overall sandwich tasted very good.Cinnamon bagel - 4.5 stars - The bagels come in several flavors, including blueberry, cinnamon raisin, whole wheat, sesame, "everything," and plain. I ordered the cinnamon raisin, and it tasted cinnamon-y like other business's bagels but was more freshly baked.Banana nut muffin - 4.5 stars - The muffins also come in different flavors, including banana nut, chocolate chip, blueberry, and seasonal. I selected the banana nut. The muffin had a subtle banana flavor and lots of nuts, and it was very fresh and moist.Price - 4 stars - For all six items, I spent a total of about $34.Service - 4 stars - I waited for at least a few minutes before any employee spoke to me. They actually first spoke to another customer who came in after me. (That other customer will probably not read my review, but I want to thank her for opening the door for me so that I did not drop my food and drinks. Thank you!) I greatly appreciate that the employees were making my food very fresh right before my eyes, and the employee who handed over my food was polite and smiled.

I went there today because I had a gift card. I went in with my three boys, who in attempt to order their food were not even acknowledged by the staff. They had head banging music on which amped up my little ones. After having to repeat my order 3 times, the girl at the counter, who's face was astonished that children exists, finally gave us our treats. Then a lady asked me to ask my son to stop banging on something, which I didn't even realize was happening because I could have been gone 4 minutes ago, if the lady could take an order to begin with. I was so focused on just figuring out how to complete the transaction and leave. Apparently children aren't humans and can't be spoken to directly or respectfully at this establishment. If you go there don't bring children. Everything we purchased was either stale or sickeningly sweet. I didn't get the coffee, so maybe that is worth the horribly awkward and incompetent service. I will not know because I will never go there again.

Food wasn't too shabby! Standard breakfast burritos, which hit the spot that morning, so I'll give it a four for the food. The service a two though. Both employees working that day were standoffish, didn't greet us or ask what we wanted, just kinda stared at us until we ordered. Felt awkward and unfriendly.
