The Winery At Wilcox

I live about 5 minutes from Settlers Ridge and never knew of this place until today! I attended a vendor party at this winery. It's tucked in at the end of the Ridge (probably why I've missed it all these times!). It's a cute little winery, with a place to sit at the bar and tables in the room. You can have samples or have a flight, which is what I did. I was able to try 5 1 ounce samples of wine for $6! You also have the option of 2 ounce samples, but for sampling, I thought the 1 ounce was enough. I loved the Niagra (which is my personal favorite anywhere!) but I walked out with a bottle of White Wedding. It was sweet, but not too sweet, and something I look forward to opening with some friends! I definitely will be back her to buy more bottles - maybe for Christmas gifts!

Non-vineyard owning winery that sources eastern PA grown grapes for their juice source. They make their own wines. We enjoyed the tasting flight and the lady who served us was very friendly. They have a lot of different events and we liked the wines enough that we plan to go back for one of their food pairings in the future.

I went there last night and did a wine tasting. The wine was very good but it was a more expensive tasting than any other in the area and they do not wave the fee if you buy a bottle like other places. The store itself was very cute and we had excellent service. Try the traminette, it's not one you find as much in local wineries and it was excellent. They also have lots of wine pairing night I would defiantly try. Cheers!

The weather forecast said that there was a high chance of rain, so we were looking for things to do that were indoors generally near the airport in advance of our flights out that afternoon. I found this tasting room by searching on Yelp and we decided we'd go for a wine tasting. You can get six 1-ounce pours for $6 or six 2-ounce pours for $12. You get to choose your flight from what was ~30 different choices, so definitely can choose your own adventure. I haven't had much Pennsylvania wine and had assumed it was mostly sweet wine. The selection here proved me wrong and of the 6 (well 7 as they gave us a bonus pour) I tasted, there wasn't one I didn't like. The shop is casual in feel and the staff member we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There are quite a few different events, including book clubs, movie clubs, wine and food pairings, pop-up shopping events and more, so be sure to check out some of the different events they offer if you're in the area.

One of our favorite wineries. There will be a wine here you will fall in love with. We love our wines on the sweet side. Clarion River Red, Summer Daze and Strawberry Mist have become our favorites. The guy was friendly and knowledgable. We have went to this winery twice and three other times other Wilcox wineries in Pennsylvania. Worth the stop. Free samples. There is no crackers between samples or it would be a 5 rating

Such a great little place!! It's not a winery where you are overlooking vinyards while cozying next to a fire- so you can't compare it to that standard- apples to oranges. It's a small coffee-shop sized place in a busy shopping area so my review is based on those factors. They have some great wines. We are sweet wine people so our go-tos are Clarion River Red and Wedding White. The Fruit wines are good too. Try the Blueberry with ice cream for a wine float! Tremendous. Very affordable- whether you are doing a flight or buying a bottle.I've also done 2 events there. First was a stop in my sisters bachelorette party and the 2nd a Jewelry party. Again, very affordable for small gatherings. You can bring your own food in. Staff in the planing phase and day-of were great both times. Honestly can't think of anything negative to say!!

This winery is in a perfect location! Whether you want to do a free tasting or just pick up a bottle they are the place to go! There selection is large as well and staff is always nice and knowledgable!
