Staying at the Omni and came in for a snack after a long day of traveling. Ron and Cindy are an absolute delight!!Service A++++Food AAmbiance A old gorgeous wood work and such a nice vibe watching downtown

Stopped in for a quick drink and a small bite to eat. Chris was very good and service was excellent. Chicken nachos are very good, a little on the large side for the two of us but good. Tight and loud on a Friday night and just what we were looking for. Lemon drop martini was good, a little slow but it's Friday night so we didn't mind.

I would give the cheese curds a go to menu item we always get these when we stop in. The service is so much fun to interact with and always love stopping in.If you are near the William Penn don't forget this hidden gem in the back behind the lobby it is one of best bar atmospheres you will get in a hotel.

It looks like you're walking in to an old London pub. It's quiet, private, with the best service possible. Ron is the primary waiter and should really be hired as Pittsburgh's premier Docent because he gives the absolute best advice of where to go in the city for anything!The food is perfect for where you are. Super delicious, giant chicken Caesar salad, burgers, sandwiches, gumbo and so on. The pours of wine were generous and there is a TV to cheer on Pittsburgh's Champion teams or follow news.Very glad it's reopened post-pandemic protocols, it's like stepping back in time. Be sure to ask for Ron!

I would not recommend this restaurant. I regretted eating there as I waited over 45 minutes for my fish and chips order. The food was very expensive and OK at best with the fries being cold. I normally do not leave a negative review but this experience was the worst restaurant experience that I ever had l. The waiter was very professional and the manager was very helpful but the wait time, high prices, and cold fries made for a disappointing dinner.

Food was good, but service was lacking. We stayed at the hotel and was given multiple drink coupons for our stay when we checked in. My husband wanted to watch the basketball game and grab some food and drinks, but stated he was not acknowledged by any of the staff working there so decided to just order and we can just eat in our room. He said it took a while to get someone to place an order to go. It's unfortunate since we wanted to enjoy our time there. Not sure if it's due to being short staffed.

Felt like a small pub in England. Food was delicious, especially the wings. The hours they claim to be open are a little confusing on the hotel website

Came in for a drink and when it arrived it had no alcohol in it.....not even the slightest hint of alcohol. Typically I am pretty fair guy around this stuff and would have let it be after letting the server know. Once I told her she yelled at me that she saw the bartender fill the cup "half full" with liquor. Her temperament is honestly the reason I am writing this review. TLDR: terrible customer service and only went for a single drink.

Not happy may just be my last time at the taproom! Use to be my favorite but since they took off ALL the favorite items on the menu it's kind of a waste of time. No cobb salad, chill, fish sandwich and others. If I want a freaking burger I can get it anywhere! Shame on you Taproom. Food is just fair especially since we spend or use to spend hundreds of dollars a month there l! Sad it's gone
