The Moose-different locations- Grove City, Southside AJ front of the house manager. Scratch Kitchen-Shrimp Sliders. Delicious. Multiple colored peppers, red onions. Generous amount of perfect bite shrimp. Basil aioli WOW! Great unexpected blend of salty and sweet. Pasta salad- not too dressed or soupy. Sweet, but not too sweet. Pasta perfect al dente with a surprising crunchy sunflower seed garnish farmers cheese with crushed red pepper, honey, as Samin Nosrat says the perfect dish has Salt fat acid heat! This had it all!

I was at Smiling Moose twice recently- 2 weekends in a row. Hands down one of my favorite bars in the SouthSide. The well drinks are cheap, they always have specials or a deal, cheaper drinks than lots of other bars, good food, and great service. I stopped in during the pierogi crawl and they had some of the best because the topping was so good! I also was here for actual St.Pattys and it was so much fun. I got to check out upstairs and it was a blast watching people do karaoke. Awesome spot!

Great spot. Lots of good food options; the jack sparrow burger looked amazing (my friend ordered it and said it was great). The homemade pasta salad was great. I had the chicken sandwich it was great. The waffle fries were overcooked but obviously edible. Ambiance is good; the main bartender was really nice, friendly and attentive. She left a great impression. The pictures on the wall were odd and very dark but kind of cool too. I wouldn't say from the outside this looks like a great option for dinner but the food was pretty good and reasonably priced. Overall a good option!

What we thought was a brewery turned out to be a punk bar that serves Smiling Moose beers on tap. No brewery on site but the beer was worth the stop. They have two other locations I have not been to.

Fresh delicious soups and unique sandwiches. Fast service, never disappoints. We've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here, and their waffle fries are awesome. Try the MO- better than a Philly steak.

Had a chance to check out their downstairs stage setup this weekend! It sounded great, and Hockey Temper put on a great show. We love to see a local pop punk band!Drinks were good, and strong. My friend tried some of the ciders and IPAs (and a mead??) and all were tasty. Who knew viking drinks were so good? My g+t was strong, and the bartenders definitely hooked me up when I asked for extra lime.Another great experience at The Smiling Moose, I'm sure I'll be back!

My kids stopped in to grab some take out. The side salad is very small. I'm aware restaurants are cutting corners but this is ridiculous. Called them and said this is "new" - yeah, it should be old and never done again. And the offer to make good on it in the future won't do me any good because there are way too many other places to eat.

LOVED the food here! WOW! Excellent butternut squash soup with green apple in it. Then, the best club sandwich I have ever had and it was huge. The lunch meat was super fresh and the bread is from Breadworks. The fries were not greasy and the mac & cheese was delicious. They didn't have the drink I wanted so they gave us the lower price. Excellent customer service as well. I have been raving about this place ever since. We will be back!
