The Sandwich Factory

Very pleasant staff members. I placed my order of a Super Sub at the counter and it was ready in 5 minutes. It was accurately prepared according to my instructions and tasted great! The bun was fresh, there were ample amounts of meats and cheese, and the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. Good value for the money spent. You place your order at the counter and you can eat your food in the side dining room. Place was clean.

Depends on who is working. Go during lunch hours and the women working will give you a great sandwich, when the mgrs leave , you get skimpy sandwiches!!!. I have ordered the ribeye sandwich either ( extra) meat. Provolone and mushrooms and grilled onions. I pay upward of $13 I'm still hungry!!! I'm 125 lbs. !! I remember they used to be a full meal. The # 5 is the best choice. Turkey , ham , cheese. I used to alternate between the two. But not now.

This place has completely gone downhill in the last few years. Staff just doesn't care, serves cold fried food, and doesn't clean the dining room. The tables were all dirty when we came in for dinner around 5:30, and no one was even dining in at the time. Every experience here is worst than the last. I don't think I'll be returning to sandwich factory. Such a disappointment, because the food is actually really good when it's done well.

Sandwiches are very tasty and service is timely. Pleasant environment. Parking can be an issue.

Every time I come here they either don't make the sandwich right or they give me someone else's order. They always are training someone or looking for help. I'm sorry my patience has worn thin. No more for me.

We used to have a Sandwich Factory in Warren and it was amazing. Great subs.BUT it closed.Would love it to come here again

I love subs. I've come to the very sad realization that over the last few decades, I've been spoiled by the magnificent subs that Publix makes and that aren't available to me right now.Publix is a regional/southern grocery store chain that I really really really miss. The irony here isn't lost on me;' while growing up in Boardman, I had my first sub at the Sandwich Factory on Market Street, and I thought it was divine.And then I moved to the south. Ah, Publix.I've been back in the Ytown area for a short while, and I was excited to return to where it all began for me, at the Sandwich Factory.I got the cold roast beef and Swiss sub; it came with lettuce, onion, oil and vinegar. Apparently tomatoes are extra/have to be requested. Tomatoes are a must.If there were onions in there, they were flavorless slivers. I tasted absolutely NO vinegar.They were stingy with the roast beef, and the Swiss cheese was as flavorless as the onions. The bread was shocking. It was very dense and had a strong yeast flavor; the flavor of the bread managed to take over the sub, and that's not a good thing. It was so filling, so dense, and so overpowering that I scraped the contents off the bread and into a bowl to be able to eat it.A lighter bread is needed. Really really really needed. I don't want a little filling with my bread, which is what I ended up with; I want some lighter, pleasant bread to contain epic contents. I didn't get my money's worth. I tried an order of fried mushrooms. By "order" I mean that I got seven (yes, seven) soggy, greasy mushrooms for $4.00. I also tried an order of fries. They were limp and greasy, but the flavor was there. They were also plentiful.Will I go back? Probably not. And that makes me sad.

This place has gone horribly down hill. The only good redeeming quality is has is that the sandwich is great.On our latest trip, we ordered a giant sub and fries to share. We waited over 25 minutes for our food. Our fries had been left out, so they were cold. Luckily we dined in so we could send them back for fresh ones. We won't be returning. This isn't the sandwich factory we remember.

Great price and great taste! Many sandwiches and sides to choose from. I want to try all of them

The SF Boardman comes with amazing service from all of the ladies! Their smiles and enthusiasm are very welcoming. The fried cheese and meatballs are delicious! I'd love to see them invest in a tv-if only to read the captions on a news channel while dining alone at lunchtime.
