My triumphant return to The Sandwich Factory!I haven't been here in forever. We moved out of area and it isn't convenient. But we swung by recently and the high quality hasn't changed.They were in the midst of training new staff. This is the new, post-covid reality. But it delayed our order significantly and I had to correct the trainer since she gave the trainee the wrong instructions on my picky wife's sandwich.We brought 'em home. I got a giant Italian (Number 16) and it was enough for two lunches. Delicious! My pic doesn't do it justice. The bread & toppings were fresh, the meat was zero percent slimy & bursting with flavor. Not to mention the joint is spotlessly clean.I'm glad Sandwich Factory survived the shitty pandemic, and I hope they can retain quality staff to keep the quality up.

This is one of my must stop at restaurants in Youngstown when I visit. I always get the same sub lol. I have a seven with banana peppers and pickles.One of the best sandwich shops you will ever find. Don't let the appearance on the outside and the actual inside of the restaurant for you. This is very good.

I've been a customer of Sandwich Factory for decades and it's service still holds strong. You have the option to sit inside in one of their booths and enjoy your delicious sandwich or take it home to eat. They've maintained their quality of excellent food and service over the years.

I grew up on Sandwhich Factory. Its always been a family favorite. That's why I'm so sad to say how disappointed i am in the service i got there today. Being back in town for the holidays, we chose to stop. We called ahead for our order and the girl that took my order was super rude. Her attitude was like i was putting her out by placing an order. Then when we got there to pick it up, the rude attitude continued, as if they were put out. We did not order anything fancy. The food was still delicious and just as good as we remember, but definitly not the service. I hope they fix that.

I grew up on sandwich factory pretty much all my life, home visiting family and was so excited to get a sub after a few years and at the counter were met with a impatient nasty older lady with grayish blonde hair , with dark rim glasses. She rushed us through our order and didn't even give us a chance to look at the menu. We were the only ones in line. She's standing there snapping her gumAnd chewing it with her mouth open. Definitely will not be returning such a disappointment. I remember this place use to be about family and being happy and they have miss miserable at the front line and it's sad. Hopefully a change can be made . Food is always really good but definitely the only reason I even gave two stars.

I just like the ribeye steak. None better when they do it right but to be honest I have gotten my sub home and it's missing cheese, or something major. I only get the ribeye steak. It's what I like!

Grew up eating here on a weekly basis. Left town 30 years ago, but would stop here on each trip home. I would rave to anybody who would listen about the best meatball sandwich in the USA. Came back home for a visit and went there this evening. The bread is still delicious, the paltry subs they serve now are not. The tables were dirty. Disappointing.

SO. SLOW. I waited to have my order taken for 10 minutes, with no one infront of me. THEN, had to wait 30 more minutes for a sub and fries. The place wasn't even busy. Okay food and not worth the missed lunch break.

Didn't realize when you order a chicken tender sub that that's all I'd be getting. Where's my lettuce, tomato and mayo that should be on there. Seriously you had one job to do. The prices have gone up drastically and people are spending their hard earned money, the least you could do is get it correct. When I called to ask for a credit the next time I'm in, I'm told the owner's policy is that they have to have the sub back in their hands to offer another one or credit towards your next purchase. Seriously I live 20 away so now you want me to drive 20 minutes back to the store and then 20 minutes back home. What a crook.

Ordered a #22 ribeye sandwich and got a #21 Reuben and the credit card prompted a tip thank god a declined
