Great food. Great service and a strong draft list. Definitely a hidden gem. Best salads in butler. Highly recommend

Food was not good ordered a BLT, bacon was greasy and must've been cooked early in the day, Hot sausage was a patty and not tasty at all, clam chowder was ok

Enjoyed a dinner with a great friend, but was slightly disappointed when I was charged 50¢ more per item that I ordered, and when I questioned the waitress,I was informed that it's because I ordered ranch dressing! My friends bill was different as well...and it's because she ordered tomatoes on her sandwich. I used salt and red hot, but I wasn't charged...lol...I'm leaving before they figure that out. Save your time and don't order any dressings or toppings for your burger.Service was fine, but overall disappointed. And we used to be regulars...not anymore.

Awesome place!!! Food was great the service is above the rest. You definitley gotta try there jumbo wings there absolutely perfect. I'll be back!!

My buddies and I try a different place for a night out for wings and beer.Wanted to try the wings here.Pulled in and walked into bar first,which they smoke in.Was a little turned off by the smell of cigarettes but they have the dinning room off to the back with doors separating the two rooms.We ordered the app plater and was your typical fried bar food but was tasty.Got a dozen o the seasoned wings and they was done just right.Would go back,enjoyed everything and the waitress was great also.

I take my family a couple times each month. Food: consistent quality. Beer: good selection. Dining room: clean and nice place to watch sports. Service: prompt and servers/near staff are friendly.

The food was good the server was complaining and short with all of the people because she said she was the only one there. She charged us a $1 more per beer from what was advertised on the wall. We were in the NO Smoking section but you had to walk through the smoking section to get there and our clothes smelled all night.

I am a very patient, forgiving person and really with my first experience with Rock Ann Haven I could legitimately give it 2 stars. If I were very critical I'd give it 1 star. Why? Well, first they serve fish on Friday nights but they ran out of fish by 6:30PM and the server didn't tell us until we had already ordered 3 orders of fish. OK, I'm sure there is a good reason she didn't know beforehand. So I ordered instead the meatloaf sandwich which was OK. I wasn't impressed with the boring white bread toast, but I ate and enjoyed the whole thing. My wife changed her order to a chicken wrap which was supposed to be hot but was room temperature. Again, edible, but that's about all. The other gentleman in our party ordered the meatloaf platter and left half of it uneaten because it wasn't what he expected. His wife ordered the pepperoni logs which were dry and cold. We all tried a bite and agreed that they were pretty bad. Her pretzels were very chewy and had the texture of being recently defrosted but not thoroughly baked. After she brought that to our server's attention, they didn't charge for the pepperoni rolls so I have to apprecaite that.I would overlook all this but the service was unexcusably slow. After our server brought our waters she forgot about us. Fortunately it was a Friday night and nobody was in a hurry. The dining room wasn't busy. Maybe there were 4 or 5 other tables. On the way in a family told us that one of the servers was begin trained, and that service was slow. So we were warned. I'm assuming it was our server who was being trained because she failed to check up on us after serving our dinners and in fact the other server--who clearly has more experience--asked if everything was OK. It wasn't, but at that point there was nothing she could do. I'm willing to give this place a second chance, but next time I'll call ahead and make sure they have plenty of fish. And I'll trust that by then the server has had some experience and that she's a bit more attentive. The prices are reasonable and the ambiance is nice. So ... 3 stars.

Great hamburgers and fries. Great service on the bar side and the restaurant side. I always go out of my way to eat here when I am in Butler, PA.

Too bad someone takes the phone off the hook so that no one can call in for take outs. Tried on 9/30/2020 between 12:00 and 3:00 to call in an order with busy signal constantly. Gave up and ordered from Fair Ground Market. Someone is too lazy to do their job and is costing you customers. Too Lazy!!!
