The Java Tree Cafe & Catering

I hate doing this because they seem really sweet, I'm afraid that I've given them 3 swings and they've struck out. I've tried two items off the food menu and they weren't awful, they just weren't very good. What's awful though is the coffee. I've had it black, which was also not real good, but not terrible... black coffee being subjective. But when you order a latte and the first thing you hear is the microwave, a line has been crossed and you've just spent over $4 to learn where not to go.

While we go through some rough times ... a good sandwich can hit the spot. Java Tree still is serving the coffee hot and the sandwiches cool. And always a smile from the ladies there. Their reusable take out holders are made from plastic bottles so no clamshells to stress your green soul. Give it a try ... Prices are resonable.

This isn't a bad little coffee joint located in the historic down Meadville. The joint is very clean and friendly fuzzy decor feeling. The hot chocolate was okay. There wasn't any zombies or sidewinders in are.

Everything I've had from here is delicious, from the drinks to the food! It's conveniently located to my work, so we like to go often and try new things.

What's not to like??? Homemade syrups for the coffees and homemade mustard or cheese for the warm soft pretzel sticks. Pretty and quiet on the inside with free wifi

This place was fantastic. It's been a while since I've had such a great meal. I had the Green Goddess Wrap. So so good. My husband had the steak pretzel sandwich also very good. So quaint and cozy. Great place to sit and relax, meet a friend, have a baby shower, bridal shower or they offer High Tea. Staff and owner super friendly. What a diamond in a small town. Will tell all my friends and highly recommend it.

Today I got a salad and small fries for lunch. I went in to pay for it she said 19.00. I asked twice if that could be correct. The young heavy make up girl grunted it right. I walked out with my gold plated salad. It better be enough for two meals. I took it back to the office and tasted it. It was so bad I threw it away. Sorry third visit and it's always something. Do not go! walk across the parking lot and get something special for your $20 lunch

The food is fresh and quite tasty; recently I had one of best chicken quesadilla's I have ever had. And, even better, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, unlike many other restaurants that are loud with music blaring. I hope this place is around for a long time!
