My son held his wedding here in November. I didn't deal with the contract or the staff until wedding weekend but there are sadly some big event staff issues here that many people noticed.The food is exceptional. The wait staff, bartenders and cooks are wonderful. The venue is beautiful.The management is terrible. Lee, Peter and Angela are incompetent. Three different event coordinators over the course of the planning with details were not documented.Angela - told me no one cut and plated the cake because she told the staff the bride was going to cut it! Really? Many family members noticed her presence and how little she did. Lee - the owner has made several phone calls to my daughter in law during their honeymoon to intimidate her and chastise her because she asked for a meeting with him to discuss the issues.

We decided to try somewhere new for a work function and order "box lunches". I was impressed with the variety of box lunches available. I placed the order a few days in advance. I didn't receive a confirmation to confirm the details leading up to the day of the meeting but everything did arrive on time and received a call stating they were just real busy with an event. So it was acknowledged. Since this was the first time I contacted the Fluted Mushroom; I was a little nervous but it all worked out. I have many counting on me and sometimes going with a different cater than our "usual" can be a mistake but this time it wasn't. The lunch arrived on time and the box lunches were put together very nicely and everything was fresh/top notch. The prices are above average but you get what you pay for. Thanks Fluted Mushroom!

I used Fluted for my wedding this past October. They were miserable to work with. They were supposed to do my rehearsal dinner as well, but after three weeks of trying to get ahold of them, they said they wouldn't be able to accommodate our rehearsal (something we had booked months in advance). The team I worked with was Peter, Angie, and Portia. Portia was incredibly rude and not professional in the slightest, Angie lied to my face multiple times, and Peter was unreachable. We were charged for coffee service that never happened, their bartenders left our event early, their staff dropped racks and racks of glasses, their chef argued with us about the food we wanted to serve. They were by far our worst vendor (in fact, they were the only vendor we had issues with) and I would never recommend them to anyone. There were so many other mishaps, but, for brevity's sake I'll say this, $40,000 for terrible service and mediocrity.

I have used the fluted mushroom for business events many time in the past and have been pleased with the food. However, the last order I placed with them will be my last. I ordered 17 box lunches at approximately $15 per lunch. When I got the bill it included a 20% service charge. When I asked what it was for, I was told it was to labor to prepare the food. Does the price of the sandwich not include assembly? Absolutely ridiculous! Then they charged an additional 4% on top of that for paying with a credit card. The whole thing felt shady. Never again.

Horrible horrible experience - I spoke with Angela on the phone at first, about my event, and everything sounded good. As in any event - we had to change the menu once, and I had some questions I addition to that. First, the questions were never answered, but the positions were just included in the invoice later.She messed up menus at least twice, while also leaving me on read for a week (that was around a month before my event). After a week I receive "unfortunately, we can't do that because the order is too small", and they can't deliver. That was 3 weeks before my event. Draft menu was not too small, but suddenly became too small even though it was the same amount. Ok, I offered to pick it up myself. Then I see that half the menu is gone from the invoice that obviously leaves the invoice at $900. Of course I had to correct her and resend the menu, which made the invoice go up to 3k+ - which WOW made it a big enough order to be delivered.My event was at 6pm. Food was delivered at 12pm. I had to use another team to figure it all out, heat it, redo it, etc. The bartender was suddenly dropped - a week before my event she said she couldn't find anybody. ????The delivery arrived in a BMW SUV - no catering truck, no nothing - no surprise, the food was all over the place.Desserts were crushed, other selections were upside down, raw inside, not up to par - you name it. Their food was really good online, but the service was absolutely horrendous. Meanwhile, there was no remorse. I heard nothing from anybody after my event (to at least pay) - until 2ish weeks after my event. I gave them my feedback - no phone call, no apologies. They just took the crushed desserts off the invoice, and comped plastic utensils (which I told them I don't even need). They managed to send me a wrong invoice again, when they reached out for payment. I work in hospitality myself and have an idea about a good service, which I received zero of from Fluted Mushroom.Honestly, save yourself time, nerves, and money and find someone else. Maybe there are people who had a great experience with them, but I definitely have nothing to say except for the worst service I've ever had.

Wedding at the Circuit Center The down side was hot appetizer never made it far No one (unless standing at the door to the patio) could taste them Cheese and crackers standard Chicken dinner was really good for wedding food! It's hard to serve a tasty hot Meal at a sit down wedding but they accomplished it!

Me and my husband used the Fluted Mushroom and Circuit Center Venue for our wedding! The food was beyond exceptional and the venue was perfect and very accommodating for our 350 guests. Peter and Angela were very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for the perfect place to celebrate their big day!

My company used the Fluted Mushroom for our retreat last month. The staff, management & ownership were very accommodating and made the entire process seamless despite a hectic schedule in our activities. The price was fair given the high quality of the food - you can tell that it was prepared fresh and with care. We will definitely keep the Fluted Mushroom in mind the next time we need to cater for a large event!

Not an overall good experience. Peter was very uncooperative to try and work with. They canceled right before the event and I could not get refunds for the bartender I had for the event and security. Very dissapointed would not recommend.

I cannot say enough awful things about this place and how they handled my wedding. The week before my wedding was a nightmare and I was in tears. My mom was in tears stressed about whether these people could handle it. I don't even want to get into how they messed up so many things but to name only a few: drinks (handed my brother a bottle of Jack and a coke to "make his own"), they set up incorrectly with their chairs even though I paid All Occasions to deliver chairs I upgraded for and I had to tell them it was wrong when I saw set-up, they changed coordinators 3 times with no communication which meant I had to explain everything I previously discussed 3 times and prices were misquoted (signature drinks were included with our package, then two weeks before the wedding they weren't), they combined our appetizer tables though we asked them not to for set-up creating a really long line, they changed their pricing and it went up significantly. That doesn't even cover it all. I will say, because it was such a ginormous mess, the owner "threw in some seltzers" to upgrade our bar package. Also--the owner pays people to take down bad reviews because a friend of mine was called by the owner and asked to. Notice there aren't many recent reviews? Please look elsewhere! The stress and your dollar is not worth it. I should've booked the Omni.
