Do not judge a book by its cover. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and there is no decor inside...other than chocolate everywhere! They have it all. Truffles, gourmet chocolate bars from all over the world, chocolate dipped everything, and so many kinds of candy. A must do for chocolate lovers.

I love, love the wide selections of tasty chocolates! Its also nice to visit the store because the manager is friendly!

I've been stopping by this chocolate store since I was a kid. While they are a little expensive, they have a great selection of chocolate - especially for how tiny their shop is. I love trying new bars and different chocolates. I'm a sucker for cute/interesting package. These chocolates also make a great addition to any gift.Staff are always nice and helpful!COVID safety - all employees were wearing masks (and wearing them correctly!) and masks were required by all guests. Hand sanitizer was also provided at the front of the store. Instead of their usual serve yourself bulk candy section they prepackaged all the candy into three different sized bags.If you need to indulge your sweet tooth definitely give this place a try and support a great local business!

Wife and i had just come from lunch and were walking buy the Chocolate Moose and I looked at her said chocolate we gotta go in.The store is huge with all sorts of candy both handmade and not.They have a huge selection of all kinds of great and totally delicious truffles.I ordered about 15 different truffles and everyone was totally delicious.I would definitely go there over and over again,I also would highly recommend this place if you are in need of a sugar candy rush.

A delightful candy store with a wide variety of treats. I had a hard time making a decision but went with some choco covered pretzels. They were great, both the dark chocolate and the Kit-Kat coated one.The prices seemed reasonable for quality candy. The best part was that there was an adorable little girl in the store and she was have a grand time looking at all the candies. When I said "She's like a kid in a candy store" she laughed and then plopped down. It was too cute. When I'm back in Squirrel Hill, I'll definitely visit The Moose!

The Chocolate Moose is the most chocolate place! An array of treats both domestic and imported. Always a nice selection and the owner is fabulous.I can't go in there without dropping at least twenty bucks on goodies.Part of the fun shopping area in Squirrel Hill.

The Chocolate Moose have been helping us to pull off a big event for our membership which is a nonprofit organization. There are a lot of moving parts and both the owner and her helper have been amazing. I couldn't ask for more. The chocolates are not only beautiful they also taste amazing. The owner helped us stay within our budget and reached out to her specialty artists to make sure we were able to get a combination of regular treats mixed in with hand painted chocolates. We are even going to be able to distribute RBG chocolates. It's nice to brighten someones day by delivering a box of chocolate to begin with. Working with the crew at The Chocolate Moose has only enhanced that experience.

I stopped in for the first time yesterday and it smelled so good! I didn't have a particular thing I really wanted until I saw the pretzels. I am a big fan of a good chocolate pretzel and these were great. The woman who helped me couldn't be any nicer or friendlier, too. The price was also totally fair for what I got! Not something that happens too often these days when you go to gourmet candy stores, so I had to drop by and leave a good review. Very cute little place.

I am so impressed with The Chocolate Moose. I wanted to have a special gift delivered for a birthday. I don't live in PA so I had to do everything from afar. After calling a few other chocolate shops in Pittsburgh, I luckily landed on the Chocolate Moose. I couldn't even get anyone to answer at the other places and their voicemail boxes were full. Angelica answered and helped me through the entire process, thoughtfully curating a beautiful gift that was delivered the same day. She even called to let me know it had been successfully delivered. Super friendly atmosphere and huge variety of sweet treats. It's worth a visit if you're in the area or even a trip if you aren't- absolutely delicious!
