The Chicken & Rib Shack

I've been wanting to try this place, but I typically have work meetings in the evenings so it's hard for me to get here. They just opened from 11-2 for lunch wednesday-friday with some subs unlimited offerings. I got the cheesesteak with onions, mushrooms, and peppers. It was good and ready very quickly. The peppers were only lightly sautéed, and the sandwich was pretty dry- I added mayo when I got back to work. It's definitely a big sandwich so the prices are reasonable. When J was checking out a big line was forming, so the subs unlimited sandwiches seem to be pretty popular. I will definitely be back at dinner to try chicken and the pineapple bbq sauce I keep hearing about! Wishing them the best of luck here- the restaurant that was here after the subs unlimited was only there for a very brief time.
