The Big Green Thing-Better Food Truck

Am at Food truck Friday - Eastwood Mall. Tried their cucumber salad. YUM!! So good!! Will add more if I try more. :)

Undoubtedly, the best breakfast burrito I have ever tried. Randomly stopped on a commute from Pittsburgh at a rest stop and very glad I did. Got a complimentary coffee that blew me away as well (beans were on par with high end barista shops). If you see this truck , do yourself a favor and stop!
