They were super nice. They helped me select a drink off of the menu. It has seeds in it which surprised me. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. They also make differ kinds of food. I would recommend this if you are open to trying new food.

I don't have much in the way of expectations when I hit up a place that gives off a cafeteria type vibe. That being said, I do have certain standards and things I look for in a good place for food. Some of the counters have exceptional customer service while others seem to be just going through the motions. What I'm really looking for is an Asian street food kind of appeal, with some quality at a fair price. I don't believe that is too much to ask for. I can understand that this is not street food, but in this type of atmosphere, I feel like it should be.I've had some good things in this food hall in general, but those have primarily been appetizer type items and in my opinion overpriced. I've seen people with bowls of ramen, and decided to try it for myself. The last time I had a good ramen was at one of the noodle places in Squirrel Hill and it was excellent. As a result, I had high expectations. There was a special listed as ramen and a drink for $20. This, of course without tax or tip, so I was well aware it would be somewhat higher. In addition, I had heard that this place was tied to Many More Asian Market, one of my favorite places to shop.I got pretty good service at the counter. The woman there seemed friendly and well informed and she assisted me about any inquiries I had. The issues came after this.I got a tea, which was entirely too sweet. I had asked for a sweetened tea, so I felt that error was on me. I got my ramen and went to a convenient seat.Since I use a wheelchair, those aren't always easy to find.My soup was cold.I should have taken it back, but I was hungry and decided to suffer through it. The noodles under the broth were hot and I think they expected that the noodles would warm the broth. I'm assuming the last part, since I have no way of knowing for sure.Had this been a full service restaurant, I would have sent it back. Since you have to go across the hall to their specific counter, I decided to make the best of it. It did not get any better.I have to say that I love tonkotsu ramen. Unfortunately, this wasn't it. The pork needs to be served hot or it is greasy, gummy and unappealing. The king mushrooms, likewise are not at their best served cold.I made it through a little of the broth and some of the noodles before giving up and leaving half or more of my bowl on the table. The broth itself was kind of milky, not what I was expecting, but I was willing to overlook that. I like a bold pho type of broth that holds up to the other ingredients. While I may visit the Novo Food Hall again, I think I'll skip this counter. There are far better options at far better prices available.

The line at Teachana was long the entire time my friends and I were in the Asian Food Hall. They got you through pretty quickly and offered an extensive menu with lots of add ons.The one item I did not see on the menu was Tai tea. I asked about it and was told it was added back to the menu that day, and that's why it was not on the board. Must be my lucky day. I ordered a Tai Tea. I specifically asked if boba would be included and was told no. Which was good because I did not want it. It took roughly five minutes to prepare. When my name was called, I noticed boba in my tea, and when I asked, I was told yes, it was included. I chalked it up to a new business. The tea was tasty and refreshing, but it didn't taste like traditional Tai tea. I would give them another try. But next time, I will stick to ordering what's listed on the menu lol.

Yum! Service was super quick and friendly. I didn't know what to order so the cashier helped me with a recommendation. I ended up ordering the mango passion fruit tea & it was really good and refreshing. Novo Asian Food Hall is a really cool spot. Would recommend!

The passionfruit tea was good but I was so surprised boba wasn't included considering it was $7. I also assumed someone would tell me or ask me if I wanted boba if it wasn't included. Aside from that, this boba shop has really great options for everyone and delivers quality drinks.

I thought the drink was super good. I got a mango slush tea with popping strawberry boba. It was different because they put actual chunks of fruit in the drink along with the boba which I quite enjoyed. The only thing I wasn't too happy about was that they worked on a pager system. So you couldn't tell how many people were in front of your waiting. We thought it would be a quick grab but ended up taking 15 minutes because they actually had a ton of orders. Just something to be cautious of if you're trying to get in and out. If not I definitely recommend

Before leaving NOVO Asian Food Hall, we stopped by Teachana, a stall that specialized in Boba and Ramen. We bought two drinks - Peach Grapefruit Tea with Grapefruit Jelly and Mango Passionfruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly - at minimum sugar, less ice. It was sweet, fruity, and refreshing.

It was super busy when I came with my friend. The drink that I got I liked the flavor of it but I got the grape with bursting boba and since they use real fruit it had chunks of grapes, which made for an odd texture combination. The cups are cute!

Tried a few places in Novo Asian Food Hall and this one was the best! Ramen had tons of flavor. Wings were fresh and had lots of meat of them. Definitely going back to try the other flavors!
