What a nice surprise! Of the dinner choices near our hotel, this restaurant menu was the most interesting. We ordered online and picked up there. It doesn't look like much from the outside but do not judge this book by its cover! Inside was charming and smelled so good! They have a quaint, well-lighted bar area and plenty of table seating. Our dinner was ready to go but I instantly wished we had time to sit and eat there! The family was actually having dinner together when I arrived, but I was acknowledged and greeted with a big smile right away. They made sure to check my order was correct and packaged everything up nicely. We ordered chicken tikka masala (which came with rice), 10 pc. chicken momo, garlic naan and spinach naan. Everything was delicious!!

Ok, so I was a bit confused when I walked in because there's a bar and a pool table up front. It looked very much like a sports bar. The hostess/waitress/bartender was so sweet. She took us to the back to the dining room. This place is very dive-y, it doesn't even have the decor you expect from Indo-Asian restaurants. The only indication that this is a Nepalese restaurant on the inside is the large banner announcing a Nepalese acted/directed/produced live stage production at the JCC. I ordered the chickpea masala, and my husband had the butter chicken. It was amazing. The food was the right amount of spice. We even hung around for the desert. Don't let the ambiance fool you, if you're a fan of Indian/Nepalese cuisine, you're gonna love this place.

This place is the real deal! We savored everything that was ordered. It was fantastic!Lamb saag, chicken choila, and lentil soup.The chef graciously stopped by our table to say hello, very thoughtful of him.The taj beer was also wonderfully chilled and refreshing.Parking could be a bit better marked because we weren't sure if there was a curb there, but overall a very good dining experience.

Never got our order- or the one they sent to replace the first one! Grub Hub credited our credit card.Would use uber eats or pick it up yourself. Previous meals have been very good.

We stopped here on a whim and so glad we did. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the samosa and vegetable pakauda appetizers. We also shared the vegetable momo (my favorite)! My husband got the chicken tikka Marsala and I ordered the Daal Tadka. We loved it all! We will be back for sure! Also, the waitress was very kind and attentive!
