Taiwan 101 is the go-to-place to get good food at a reasonable price. First, I would like to say how great this restaurant is and that my boyfriend and I regularly eat here about every other week. The food is what keeps us coming back. They bring out massive portions family style on beautiful white plates. It is meant to be shared, but we tend to just eat the dish we ordered. Normally there is enough food that it cannot be finished in one sitting unless we come in starving. You can get everything here that you could at any Chinese place, but the food is one step up. My boyfriend always orders egg rolls for us, and the sauces are out of this world good.Oddly, however, the dishes I order are rarely ever the same. Even though the menu does not specify what vegetables should come with the dishes I have seen this with, I think there should be some consistency. For instance, I have ordered the Bean Curd Family Style on several occasions, and while always delicious, the vegetables can come in any combination of broccoli, carrots, baby corn, green beans, etc. Also, the tofu is cut different each time, something squares and sometimes triangles. There should be a level of expectation when serving food at a restaurant, but beyond this slight problem I love eating here and would recommend to anyone looking to get delivery or restaurant. I have never used the delivery myself because the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The service is excellent as well. For these reasons, I will continue to keep going back.

We have dined in once and ordered take out a few times. The last time we ordered takeout, our general tso was not that good but it was probably because we ordered an hour before closing, not sure but this place is good if you want some delicious pad Thai or general tso chicken.

We had a great lunch at Taiwan 101. We each ordered a lunch meal and it was a ton of food for lunch. I ordered the wonton soup with sweet and sour chicken and white rice. My husband ordered the egg drop soup with chicken and veggies and white rice. We loved everything we got! So many options...we will have to go back!

This is better than average food and there are plenty of stations and a nice variety of choices. If you have a favorite food, it's probably here, but it's one of the best all you can eat buffets in the area.

Does a restaurant in a strip mall make it any less enjoyable... Absolutely not because being located in a strip mall has it's advantages like having a ton of parking always available. Once you walk in and see the nicely appointed dining room you instantly forget you're in a strip mall. The menu has lots of great choices with some very good specials for lunch. Service is very attentive and prompt. Prices are a little high for entrees for what you get but you can always get one of their lunch specials if you are more budget minded, Aloha

Overpriced, ketchup based sauces that gave me severe food poisoning. The food poisoning I received from this place was so severe that I'm still trying to get my body back to 'normal' 3 MONTHS later. I don't know what happened to this place, it use to be my absolute favorite restaurant. After my most recent experience though, I will never eat here again. You shouldn't either.

Very, very disappointing. I got the General Tso' chicken and was hoping to have the chicken crispy as described in the menu: fried until crisp. It came out mushy as though it had been sitting in sauce all day. For me, it's the crispness that makes the General Tso's worth while. I used to love this place....pre Covid.. I let the management know how I felt and they were very nice about it and didn't charge me for the mushy General Tso's.

Good portions quality is what you would expect from a typical Chinese restaurant. Sometimes you come across a Chinese place that is out of this world, this is not one of those, but definitely a good place, would come back.
