Super Sub & Six Pak

I love getting wings from here! My family has been getting wings here for years. We normally get them to go, they do have a nice restaurant though.

This place is the definition of unique. This is a small six pack beer distributor, with a growler bar where only two can stand, with sandwiches, wings and the famous hot dog, where you can get the food to go or sit with your favorite 20 people watching Saturday college football on the big screen. The Italian sub is my favorite but I would love to try the wings...supposedly award winning. The options for beer are endless and the growler area is really fun. Sometimes the options are kinda crazy but my husband can usually find one or two out of the 15-18 that are not insane. A place that is a must stop in DuBois.

I don't know of a place that has better wings. They take large, high quality wings and cook them just right so they are crispy on the outside, but tender and juicy on the inside. They have lots of flavors, and everyone I've tried has been delicious, even the 'suicide' hot flavor is still very tasty.And I would be missing a key point if I forgot to mention that they have an awesome beer selection, both in the cooler and on tap. Whoever is serving will be able to point you to something you are going to like.

The weirdest, awesomely enchanting, sub shop/ beer depot I've ever been to! The selection of beers and taps available makes this a must try when passing through. I had a long day of driving from NY in a rental truck and hadn't eaten at all, all day. Arrived looking for sustenance and basically, there is nothing open after 9/ 10 Pm in Pennsylvania. Except SS&SP! So, why not, right? I'm starved and thirsty!Upon entering, its got a weird set up. Small tap bar to the left, sub and register counter to the right, tables in the middle. So, we start with a beer and they were solid! Orange juice IPA and Imperial chocolate stout. On to the food! Ordered chicken wings and two subs, unsure of what to expect. Price was okay too so hey let's eat. We sat at a table. Watching football on their flatscreen and they brought out our food. Italian sub for me, cheesesteak for my Pops. Decent serving, sandwich cut in half, probably a good 12" sub. Nothing special really but it was something in our stomachs. It did the job. The wings were pretty good and hot but overly sauced. Just drowning in bbq. But the wings tasted fresh and hot so bam, down the gullet. Time for a few more beers!Washed down our quick bites with a Belgian ale then a pumpkin ale for dessert. I mean, this place has so many beers I had no idea what they were or where from! It made me quite happy! Even grabbed a six of Yuengling Oktoberfest, which I've never seen or had (solid beer!) and took off down the road in search of lodging. Overall, when you're backs against a wall and time is not on your side, grab a seat at the SS&SP and have a beer trip around the world, just don't forget to eat!

Worst customer service ever! The girl upfront has no people skills and if you ask a question she doesn't know the answer! The guy Shawn doesn't know even what he's selling he rude and threatened me! I told him she was rude and he asked me to leave! The bathroom was filthy and place smells like old greasy food and garbage! Shawn is beyond rude and no one there has people skills the girl upfront looks dirty and has nose rings hanging from her nose with dirty rings. I ve never been treated so badly as a customer! They need to learn how to treat customers properly and learn what they are selling! No people skills and act like they've never been around people before! Hill Billie's white trash! save your money eat where it's clean!! Just backwards and gross

Such good wings and they have a large variety of flavors! Beer selection is crazy, haven't even heard of some of them! Great place!

Since when is "plain" a flavor of wing? Charging $1 to get the wing sauce on the side, not an extra cup of sauce on top of already sauced wings, is crooked on my opinion. And on top of your already high prices?! It is on the menu that a cup of wing sauce is $1 but it is also on the menu that wings come with 1 sauce and plain is not listed as 1 of the flavors, like the "manager" told me today on the phone. Oh, and $1 charge for the cup of wing sauce is conveniently placed on the opposite side from the wing part of the menu. So if someone wants their wing sauce on the side you charge them $1 for it?? It's 1 thing to not include dipping sauces such a ranch with your appetizers and charge $1 extra for it, that's not as outrageous as changing someone for something they're already paying for! That's ridiculous!

Best place for wings, especially on their wing night! Place is very busy, so may take a while to get through. Alcohol selection is vast! If you're looking for good "fast food" I'd recommend giving them a try.

Got a Italian sub should have walked out when I asked for oil,vinegar and oregano and they said they don't have any of that, got a packet of Italian dressing,wtf? Only 9in sub and they had ham cappy instead of capicola didn't even ask if I want it baked but they did anyway prob never going back.

Love the subs here in Dubois! Consistently good cheese steak. Nice selection of beers as well.
