Meredith's cakes, cupcakes, macaroons, and cookies are truly works of art and always made with love! She specializes in "special order" cakes, which means you have to contact her personally to place an order. She does the most glamorous wedding cakes and the absolute cutest children's birthday cakes. She does not hesitate to work with each customer personally to bring their vision to the most DELICIOUS life as possible! I brought one of her cakes to a friend's birthday party and let me tell you.... people were asking me for her contact information the whole rest of the party! Her flavor options for cakes/ cupcakes include: double chocolate, coconut, white raspberry, red velvet and and everything in between. But, her carrot cake and sweet potato cake are my all time favorites. Literally, the most unbelievable cream cheese icing you'll ever taste! Who doesn't love customized desserts?!? I am a repeat customer of Meredith's and obsessed with everything she does. We contacted them about our wedding cake and was told they could only do cupcakes. Then tried to book them for our rehearsal dinner. I asked for a menu and pricing by email and text. Then spoke to the owner who said they would email me pricing. It has been a week and not a word from them. As a consumer nobody should have to chase a business to spend money. Save yourself the time and the aggravation. I will update my post with other places to use who actually get back to you and value your business.

All ingredients are from scratch and from her own personal recipes. Today, I had the distinct pleasure of dining on the exquisite culinary expertise of two of my former students! The food was delicious! Meredith Galloway and her sister Chrissy Galloway were excellent students and now I can say that they are excellent cooks, caterers and entrepreneurs. I look forward to their up coming restaurant, which I believe will be at a Bakery Square location in the same place as Google's East End establishment. Kudos ladies!

I've been enjoying Meredith's cakes for quite some time now and they are to die for! I literally dream about them. What she can do with different flavors is amazing (that sweet potato cake, crazy good!!) And the designs are always beautiful. Great customer service, as well. Can't imagine getting cakes from anywhere else in Pittsburgh.

Everything is amazing! my favorite are the pineapple whip cookies but I've have amazing cakes, cupcakes, and mini cheesecakes just to name a few.
