We came around 4:00 today for Mother's Day and had a reservation for 8. We got off to a rocky start because we were also celebrating my dad's birthday and at first they didn't seat us right away because the server wasn't there for that section. We understand the short staffing but think it would have been a better idea to keep people from congregating in the front and just had us sit while we waited. I'm very patient and again understand. When they took us to our table, they tried splitting us to two separate tables which I understand may be their policy but they could have mentioned this prior to our arrival. If I wanted to sit at separate tables, I would have made two reservations. The hostess didn't try to hold back her expression of annoyance when we asked to be put together at a booth. Yes it was a little crowded but with three kids, we had room. This is where things definitely improved in my eyes. Our server ( William P.) immediately approached us and had such a great attitude. He let us know immediately that they were short staffed so to keep that in mind while waiting. We came right before the rush and I could see that things were getting busy but this guy hustled! I could see him moving around waiting on tables, cleaning tables, and doing just about everything he could to keep his guests happy. He was on top of everything. I don't normally right reviews but with the volume and understaffing, this guy should truly be mentioned because he made it a great experience for us and certainly was working hard. And even as he warned us of the short staffing, our meals came out spaced in the perfect amount of time from drinks to apps to salads to entrees to desert so kudos to the bartenders and kitchen staff as well! I am truly impressed at how well they all handled the busy volume during such a difficult time for restaurants. Thank you for such a great dining experience for my family and thank you William for taking such great care of us!

We stopped here late in the day in the middle of a storm. It wasn't busy, just a few tables occupied other than ours. Pretty quiet. Food was as expected. Drinks were rough to get through. Bartender was pouring extra strong.

First they tried to say the order wasn't there(IT WAS they just didn't turn on their tablets) then The girls who handle the ordering & pick up dont even know the restaurants correct prices. I was told my create your own combo came with 1/2 a lb when on there website & doordash it clearly states 1 full lb of each. I refuse to be overcharged for their incompetence. Ive been ordering & eating here for 3 years! I get the same thing EVERYTIME. Please train your employees better!

Saw this and also read the mixed reviews. So let me throw it out like this... we were seated promptly on a Friday evening. Our server Sonni was fantastic and started us off with seafood bread and cold beers. Hubby and I opted for an appetizer of clam strips and then we split the number 4 dinner combo with the old bay garlic butter/medium heat. And that dinner combo was HUGE (snow crab legs, crawfish, sausage, potato, corn, shrimp)!! We also added a side of hush puppies also very tasty . We put our best foot forward and we still couldn't put a dent in the massive amount of delicious food! We will def be back if we are ever in the area again! Yummy!!

Service is HORRIBLE. 7 total tables in the whole restaurant on a Friday night and waited 20 mins for a waitress to come over to even take our drink order. The crab legs wouldn't even break open and barely had any crab in them. NOT worth the money AT ALL. Better off making your own crab boil. Waitress waited until we were finished to check on us. Never again!!!

Ate here for lunch recently. We had the crab cake appetizer which was pretty good. My husband ordered a fried shrimp basket & a fried oyster basket. I ordered the shrimp poor boy sandwich. The food was delivered hot & yummy. Our server Heather was attentive in the beginning but then seemed to disappear once we were eating. Didn't refill our drinks & we had to wait for the bill. Not in a hurry to return. Clean restaurant & decor.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A TEEN, OTHERWISE YOU MAY GET FALSELY ACCUSED OF VANDALISM While the food was great and our waitress was polite, i would not recommend coming to this place due to the accusations of uninvolved employees who go out of their way to message a teenager by going through receipts signatures to find their full name on social media in an attempt to intimidate and accuse a group of customers for allegedly trashing a bathroom, and saying they have video evidence of your friend-group running in and out of the bathrooms with a bag and stuffing it down the toilet yet the camera footage shows no short of running or bag of trash. During this encounter the staff swore and remained unprofessional and threatening to make your friends pay the price for vandalism and getting the cops involved to which the cop says that there was no evidence of the so called vandalism all while the employee who swore and messaged the teenager hide in the back.no compensation was giving to the accused group despite them remaining professional while explaining how they had no sort of involvement in the bathrooms being a mess (probably because they are only deep cleaned ONCE a day. )

My daughter and her friends went there last night for her 18th birthday. They left the restaurant and an hour later, one of the young girls received an Instagram message from an employee named Sarah C., accusing her of vandalizing the restaurant. She found this young girl's name from her receipt then attacked her on Instagram. The kids immediately went back there to question what she was talking about. Long story short, 8 kids total (3 of them black). This Sarah C. falsely accused the 3 black girls of throwing toilet paper and food in the bathroom, then lied and said they had video of the girls "smiling" after leaving the bathroom. Boardman police came, listened to this nonsense and then left after basically saying the restaurant was goofy for even calling for this (Video showed them go into the bathroom, left out shortly after). My issue: you racially profiled these kids for whatever reason, you attacked a child on behalf of the restaurant on HER Instagram page and once the restaurant is called out on this for being BS, the manager did not even apologize to any of those kids for THEIR employee falsely accusing them. This is unacceptable and I won't ever eat at this establishment again.
