Everything here is so far above par, it's tough to describe. I had three different cocktails and my companions had three different ones each, too. They were all. so. good.My favorite was actually the holiday Wassail, a warm winter spiced punch. We left with a 750ml vodka, a pear liqueur, walnut orange bitters, and a jam. With ten years of practice, maybe we can make ONE cocktail as good as those we had tonight!

We have been wanting to visit this distillery for sometime but we never make it out here. We sampled some stuff from them in 2022, and then did the whiskey walk in 2023 and tried the lavender and wow it was tremendous. We decided to make a drive out here a couple weekends ago. The address says Swissville, but I think it's in Edgewood but must have a Swissville address. They are opened 1 day a week on Saturdays from 430-830 PM. It got moved from Friday's to this day. The owners Joshua Miller and Kathy Firestine are very nice. As soon as I walked into the building, Joshua greeted us and said hello "Grabthembythegrapes" I remember you from the whiskey rebellion. He seated us. Grabthembythegrapes is my Instagram handle for visiting spirits. Which the place is small, and only one table was remaining. He provided us water and a drink menu.Shortly he stopped by and provided a cart and gave us tastings of everything that they had available. Everything was good. You can tell that Josh is proud and happy to hear that you liked the product. He will thank you for saying that you liked the product. We settled on mix drinks, he asked me about my palate and started off with a manhattan which was superb, but when I got a second drink, I went with the Second Shift and damn was that good. That will be my go to drink the next many times we come back here. It was so good. It has his Woodwater, bitters and smoked sugar in it. We purchased a bottle of the woodwater, I have to try to recreate that drink at home.We purchased the woodwater, spiced rum, and some liquors such as the french toast (yes it was great) to go. Overall I was happy with this new distillery, it stands out where most are making the bourbons and Ryes, and it can be that they want to but with barrel shortages, they need to wait for the time being. His wood water is a bourbon base I believe but a clear spirit. If you're in the area, give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed, the owners are very charming, and are providing great products for a small batch distillery.

Cute locally owned shop with homemade spirits and creative cocktails. We met a friend on St. Patrick's Day for an "It's a Sham! Shamrock Shake" and a tasty mocktail for half the cost of their reasonably priced drinks with alcohol. If you are in Swissvale and they're open, you really ought to stop by for a tasting.

I've been DYING to come here and it did not disappoint! Owners are so friendly and knowledgeable. EVERYTHING is house made, from the spirits to the liqueurs to the club soda. I had a spectacular gin martini and the molly ringwald which reminded me of a cosmo with gin. A true hidden gem. Limited hours, but get here when they're open! As a gin lover I was very pleased; they have two kinds of homemade house gin, I opted for the traditional one with less juniper. We tasted all their house spirits and loved everything! Lots of homemade liqueurs made from local produce.
