Steel City Sports Bar & Grille

We have eaten here several times. Food has always been good service is good as well. Fun sports bar to go and watch the game. Bar looked amazing but I am not much of a drinker so we haven't had anything from the bar. Really like the pizza we have gotten it for take out as well.

The food here is very good and consistent. Tonight we had the Duck Bacon and corn Wantons. Very good but won't get again at the price. Also the pulled pork fries. These are always delicious and worth every penny. Service is excellent at the bar. Ambiance is a relaxed bar with good music.

We were in town for the night at one of the local motels and wanted to grab a beer after a long travel day so we stumbled upon this place. It was a Saturday night and the place was pretty lively. We got there about 10:10 and unfortunately the kitchen had closed at 10:00, however as we walked to their outdoor area a man stopped us (seemed like the owner) and said we could still order food. He didn't even have to come over he did it unprompted in a crowded bar so it was nice. We ended up ordering chicken fingers with fries. They were ok, nothing special. Indoors there was a live band it was really loud and lively. We opted for outdoors where it was nice and calm and a good temperature. There is a bar outside as well as about 10 tables. Prices are very cheap (we're from overly expensive NJ) so my $4.25 tall Bud Light would usually be $6-7. My girlfriend got a Jameson on the rocks and it was $6. We had 4 tall beers a Jameson and chicken fingers for $31. Overall pretty cool, new, big space. Food was 3 stars and drinks atmosphere was 4.

service was good. cheese sticks were hollow . sweet tea was goodThe sweet tea at the restaurant was excellent, perfectly sweetened and refreshing. However, the hollow cheese sticks left much to be desired. They were lacking in cheese and felt more like empty breading. The disparity between the quality of the sweet tea and the disappointing cheese sticks was quite noticeable. I hope they improve the cheese sticks to match the quality of their beverages. Overall, a mixed experience with great drinks but subpar appetizers.

so we like the food and service but we have caught them double up on out tip by checking our credit card statements. The first time, we caught it to late but this time we noticed they took out another $10 tip from our card totally a $20 tip on a $39 takeout bill. so watch your funds if you tip with cc.

VICKI was the worst. Attitude to every single person. Skipped over us multiple times. I love the establishment and do not want knock the bar, but the bartenders suck. She treated everyone poorly. At one point walked up to us took out glasses and when we asked for a drink told us we weren't who she wanted to serve. It was absolutely ridiculous. If your a male she will serve you hope that helps! Just don't bring. a girl with you

If I could give 0 stars I would! This used to be our favorite restaurant to go to as a family. Unfortunately, we won't be back! My husband and I went this evening for a date night. The restaurant was not busy. The waitress never came to check on our food or to refill our drinks. My cup sat empty on the edge of the table for over 20 minutes while she sat with her young daughter (2-3 years of age) at a table as she ate. My husband ordered hot garlic parmesan wings that came out dry with no flavor at all. We were sitting next to the kitchen where the only thing you could smell was WEED! I finally got disgusted and went to see if a bartender could cash us out as the waitress couldn't seem to be bothered with anyone other than her child who she kept taking back and forth into the kitchen when she wasn't eating at the table. To no fault of the bartender, she wasn't able to cash us out. The bartender called our waitress 4-5 times before finally getting her attention to get us our bill. As I said before, we used to frequent Steel City a lot, but we won't be back again!

The food was great and the entree portions were large. I would definitely recommend trying the Duck Bacon & Sweet Corn Wontons. Our waitress Mary made great recommendations and was very attentive.

Delicious food. We had burritos and pizza. Prepared fresh with quality ingredients. It's a very low key casual spot to grab a quick bite to eat or hang out and watch TV on the screens. They have a very nice patio and bar area. Excellent service will definitely be back to try more food.
