The most wonderful Greek supermarket in the strip!!! I get my olive oil, pitas, grape leaves, gigante leaves, cookies, tabbouleh and hummus there, to mention a few. The hummus if the most delicious one you'll ever eat. The pitas are the most fresh and pillowy pita you'll ever eat. Everything is wonderful quality. The staff is so friendly and they like to get to know you. Highly recommend!

By far one of my favorite stores in the strip. I love everything about the store from the selection to the great customer service in the Deli/Cheese area. I love the selection of cheese the most. It's easy just to pick and go and not have to wait in a long line at a deli!! All the other goods are just a great too. I often purchase olive oil, honey and crackers. The items near the checkout are great for charcuterie boards. Open at 8 which I love but please note closed on Sundays. I must visit Stamoolis anytime in the strip. It's just love at first sight every time I walk in.

Great selection of cheeses, marinated olives, and other delicacies. The woman working the front wasn't friendly but otherwise everyone was friendly and helpful.

Greece is an amazing place. We love Greek Food so we love going to Stamoolis to try out all the amazing Greek Delicacies they have.Greek Risotto is magnificent and our favorite thing to buy there. We love the lemon and tomato risottos the best. The Greek Lemon Soup in a can is amazing. They also have Greek crackers, olives, pastries, juices, drinks, coffee, etc. I love Greek Kalimata olives the best and theirs taste like the ones we had in Greece. They also have Greek Olive Oil, which is so good. They also have Greek Spices which make cooking Greek Food at home so much more authentic. They also have common spices and spices from other countries. Go check them out. It's so cool walking around and seeing all the things they have.

One of the strip district best kept secrets! Having a get together and wanted to include stuffed grape leaves... they are awesome and affordable! Pre packaged and ready to grab n go, 25 pieces for under $8., they are so good! A great vegetarian option that everyone will enjoy..

Interesting store with a variety of foods. The service at checkout left a lot to be desired. Maybe she was having a bad day. In any case there's no reason to be so dismissive and rude. I'll never go back there.

Seriously, soooo good! On par with my grandmother's baklava which was out of this world, I haven't had baklava as good as this since she passed away. Thank you for the amazing treat and warm fuzzy happy nostalgia :) Nicest girl running the register! She told me all about the Greek festival and all of the cool things they sell at the store. Welcomed me to Pittsburgh and had a lot of info about all of their products! She gave me a pamphlet about Pittsburgh strip district and down town. They also had delicious sugar free milk chocolate!

This was a great place to stop along our day in the Strip District in Pittsburgh. We found some of the most delicious cheeses, sausages and various ethnic foods. We'll definitely stop here again our next time in the city!

The cashier, an old black woman, went on an angry tangent because I used my shopping sack instead of their basket. At first we thought she was kidding but she kept going on when I said I couldn't get to the basket because there were so many people in the way. She went on about how I should have said excuse me and got one anyway. I have no idea nor do I care it was so important to her. I put the items on the counter for her convenience and when she finally decided she would ring them up, I put them back in my bag. Saved her steps and a bag. I should have left the stuff on the counter and walked out. Apparently we are not the only people she was rude too. Will never be back.
