When you visit Stadium Bar, the first thing you're going to notice is the proximity to Sargent Stadium making for a perfect stop before or after a game.Located on a busier street with limited street parking, but with ample off street parking available in the private parking lot. When you walk into this bar, you feel like you're in a neighborhood bar that belongs in working town like Johnstown. You are greeted by a friendly bartender ready to pour you one a small selection of beers on tap, or a strong cocktail. The menu is mostly simple pub food, but fresh and well prepared. An ample covered outdoor seating area with tvs is a great way to enjoy a warm summer day out of the sun.

Decided to try another Johnstown establishment before the Concert at PNG Park! One and half hours for 2 freakin cheeseburgers! The bartenders were great! The cook can only do one order at a time! Fries were cold, and after two beers waiting!! And waiting!! No owners in site! And late for volunteer shift at benefit ! $40 bucks, 4 beers, 2 cheese burgers and fries. Two total hours for dried out burgers and no fluids to chase down the cold fries!!!!! Sad.

My husband and I started coming here this summer, and it's become one of our favorites. The first thing we tried was their signature piggy-piggy burger: crisp bacon, hot pepper jelly and p'nut butter. I've had numerous burgers since because there is something about the way they sear that burger! The sides are freshly made. The owners are great...really care about their customers. With the outdoor area, there's a place for everyone.

This hole-in-the wall bar is clean but rundown and very tiny with overpriced and underwhelming bar food. For an appetizer, I wanted the provolone wedges that they're supposedly famous for but they were out. I settled on their cinnamon pretzel nuggets. I was served burnt bits of pretzel with some kind of plastic-looking orange sauce. For my meal I decided to go with hotdogs with sauerkraut and some tacos. I got hotdogs with mustard and sauerkraut. The tacos were stale and the meat was dry and tasteless. My husband got the hot cheese balls and Tomahawk burger which was a hamburger with kielbasa and pirogies. The cheese balls were all breading and no cheese. The burger was hard, dry, and tasteless and the pirogies weren't much better. He said the only thing on it that had any taste was the kielbasa. All told, this disappointing experience cost $50 for the two of us. We won't be back.

Wonderful bar - growing the community and serving great food and drinks. Their signature lager from Lancaster is delicious.
