A stunning setting for a wedding! The outdoor wedding celebration was simply enchanting. During the cocktail hour on the back patio, they served delicious little meatballs and a delightful cheese dip with pita. It would have been helpful to have menu tags describing each item. Moving on to the atrium for dinner, the pre-dressed salad appeared to be a Caesar salad. The double-plated entree with chicken (remarkably good) and slightly overcooked beef was accompanied by perfectly cooked sides of green beans and potatoes. It would have been a nice touch if the servers had introduced themselves and provided details about the dinner menu. Let's not forget the wonder Pittsburgh cookie table.

The venue is gorgeous and the food was very good, particularly the salmon. However the staff was shocking awful to what seemed to be every member of the wedding party. I don't know why these people even work here, they clearly hate there jobs and hated us for making them preform them. i would never wish on anyone the horrible experience we had. Enjoy the sights then get out of there and you will have a great time.

Went to a wedding here yesterday and the venue is absolutely gorgeous!The wedding itself took place outside in the lower courtyard. It was nice that it was all contained and the amount of green made for a nice setting. Then we had a cocktail reception on the back deck which again was beautiful, however there was not enough food placed outside and the servers that came by served basic frozen food. After the cocktail hour we came inside to the atrium for dinner, and man was it beautiful, however the food took forever to be passed out, and the meal was small and not flavorful, it tasted once again like it was a frozen dish. After dinner we went out to the Pavillion for dancing, which had its own dance floor and was greatly designed again.Overall I would probably not have my wedding there, because I know how much they paid and while it was beautiful, everything else was subpar.

We had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely perfect! Wanda and her Staff were wonderful to work with even during a pandemic! We had to postpone the wedding twice. Wanda was so accommodating and understanding. I didn't have to worry about anything. They did everything for us. I even ordered my flowers for the ceremony through them and they were beautiful. We wanted to do our own music play lists and Wanda made it work for us. All of our guests had a wonderful time and were really impressed with how beautiful the place is. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating with dietary restrictions and children. I would highly recommend Springwood for any type of event, big or small.

Had our wedding here and continue to regret it. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the chef was great, everything we could have done better on our own. The staff was miserable, my husband made signs for the bar that outlined what beer we were serving and they never even put them out. I was told I wouldn't need a wedding planner bc they would have someone help me there on the day of, that was entirely false, they only cared about the facility and didn't so much as keep me informed about what time it was but was quick to blame me when things were running behind schedule. The list goes on! I would highly recommend finding another venue for your special day which really is a shame bc the place is really beautiful.
