I've eaten here more times than I can count but this was my first time for brunch. And let me say, dang was it delicious! I met my girlfriends here on a Sunday. We got there right at 10 for opening and there were several people already there. The place continued to get busier as the morning went one. Everyone started with drinks. I had the Irish cream coffee, it was perfectly made and had quite the kick! I honestly couldn't make up my mind on what to eat but the veggie omelette had stout glazed onions in it and I couldn't resist. I've had them on pizza before and they are phenomenal so I knew it would be good. It also had roasted red peppers and feta cheese. It was so simple but one of the tastiest omelette's I've ever had. Others had the eggs Benedict, or avocado toast and eggs. Everyone loved their meals. They also had breakfast pizza, which I want to try next time. Oh and our server was just lovely. She was so patient as we took what felt like forever to place our orders.

Stopped today with a large group in between youth basketball games. The coach did call ahead, and they were able to accommodate about 30 of us with about an hour's notice.The place was incredibly clean, open, & inviting. The hostess & the waitresses were very friendly & extremely patient with our large group.We felt very relaxed and were served in a timely manner.The wife & I split a pizza with peppered bacon/roasted red peppers & some potato wedges. Both were fantastic. One kid had chicken fritters, and the ither had cheese pizza. They were both happy & full!The potato wedges were seasoned perfectly & rater large. The pizza had fantastic sauce and doughy thin perf3ct crust.Others in the party got a steak salad (maybe the Pittsburgh salad?) & mac n' cheese that looked incredible.We will definitely be back, I want to dive into the beer selection & try out a burger and/or ribs.It felt immediately comfortable even though we had never been there.I felt like the prices were reasonable for the amount & quality of the food.

Spoonwood is one of my most visited local businesses. I am a big fan of many of their beers, their collaborations with other local businesses to create them (example: my constant favorite here, Cold Drip City, is infused with a dark roast from Allegheny Coffee & Tea), and their wood-fired pizzas are reliably excellent. My favorite is Pretty Fly for a White Pie. With garlic oil, cherry tomatoes, basil and cheese, you just can't go wrong.I've had lots of other menu items including salads, soups and the falafel that are also consistently good; I'm a vegetarian but my family likes items from their smoker like baby back ribs. I like sitting on their outdoor patio, which they have screened in for the cooler weather. That's helpful in giving them more space, too. (Note that even during summer, the outdoor patio is not dog-friendly. There are occasional dog nights on another part of the lawn! Follow their socials to know when.)Recently we came on the weekend during brunch, which was a different experience. There is a specific brunch menu and that is all you can order from during that time. I tried a brunch pizza, since I'm a big fan of the pizzas here. It was able to be customized to my liking (holding the meat) but I found it just a little dry. My companion got a brunch burger that included an egg. I might try one of the sweeter brunch choices next time. The savory seemed like a better idea if I wanted to try some beers, which I did as there were new autumn ones on the menu. That's one of the best reasons to keep coming back, the constantly rotating beer selection. Get a flight of minis to try as many as possible.

Very good brewery with a nice menu and drink selection. I had the pizza to eat and it was delicious! The wings were done well, just not my favorite. My husband got meatloaf and liked it.

Great idea - this tasting set, I tried all these types and was able to decide on my preferences. The staff of this place is very polite, attentive, and the live music and the opportunity to take a table in the backyard creates a special atmosphere.

Had a wonderful outing with two friends for dinner and Scott Blasey's performance tonight.i highly recommend the Plain Ole Burger with Applewood Smoked Bacon!!!! I substituted the Over Roasted Brussel Sprouts for the chips as a healthier option...DO NOT order these...left a terrible taste in my mouth and i could not figure out what kind of dressing or seasonings were on this side item...very grossThe White Grape Peach Sangria was very enjoyable as well.

My friend I stopped here for a place to watch the football game in the neighborhood. We had a good experience at the front bar with the bartender and fellow patrons as well that made it a good time. The food and drinks were great. However what turned us off is apparently there is a cornhole league here and this lady in the white hat was condescending from the moment she very rudely greeted us, apparently accidentally asked us if we were in the league and laughed for some reason. It was really uncalled for, she made it seem unwelcoming and a stuck up atmosphere so we just played it cool and pretended she wasn't there but certainly think you must be in some sort of clique to belong here as she continued to treat us in a smug way.Not cool but I was here once before and had a normal fun time, must have been that woman - not good for customer service.

Spoonwood always does a nice job honoring veterans. Although we like the food here normally, vets get 15% off today in observance of Veterans Day. The discount was nice. Beers are good here and the food is excellent, especially the brunch. My only complaint is it's definitely pricey. The kids cheeseburger is $10 and adult meals are more. Still, we love it here and always look forward to stopping in.

Spoonwood is a great spot for just about any outing. Great selection of beer and a nice variety of food options. The restaurant has a nice open layout with outdoor seating available in the nice months. We've been here a few times and always seem to have friendly and personable servers which makes a nice evening. I'd rate the place higher but I do feel the prices are a bit too high.

The place is usually packed, have been there three times and have always had to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes. We have tried several different brews but not a fan of any. Food on other hand was very good. Fire cooked pizza is very good. Service has always been good, even when not an empty seat in the house. Will be back.
