Very nice store with lots of variety and interesting products not seen elsewhere. The cashier was not very friendly nor talkative (I even spoke to him in Hindi). The ghee was very expensive, as I picked one up without looking at the price ... it was $16 or so (he said it was organic and that's why it cost that much). I think I usually pay about $7.99 or so for organic ghee at my usual store. They also were out of several things I was looking for ... I will come back if I am in the area, but not on a regular basis... Cheers!

Indian grocery store that caters Robinson Township residents and others. We have been to Spice N Sabzi few times so far. We do like the store and it has sufficient fresh produce along with snacks and grocery items. The store is very clean and parking will be relatively easy here. We also love their policy to not offer bags to support our environment. Our major issue is the customer service, couple of times we were charged extra for items that we didn't purchase by mistake. We noticed that only when we reviewed our receipts. Also, there were few times we had to wait longer at the counter as the staff were not available for billing. If these minor customer service issues can be addressed, I feel the overall customer experience would be wonderful!

I found this Indian grocery store when I was driving to Wexford for other business. They had a lot of items that I needed for my cooking. One concern is that not all items have prices listed and there is no way of scanning them. The proprietor told me that they are in the process of arranging for a system so that items can be scanned accurately and that the system will be up in a few weeks. They gave me a free homemade vegetarian samosa. It was one of the best samosas I have eaten, worthy of the samosas I have gotten in the Punjab. We ate it in our car and then ran back in to purchase a lot more.

I would give zero stars if I could. Here is how the story goes for me.I went in there to just casually pick some stuff as I was waiting for someone. I picked a box of Deep Samosa from the frozen section and a couple of more things. I came home n opened the box of samosas and to my horror it had huge big fungi all over it. Shocked with what I just saw I call up this store. I mention what I just saw and the person on the other side(store owner) very unapologetically said "come back and take your money". When I said they need to take care of what you sell in your store he lost it and said he has nothing to be sorry for and that I should not have come to the store as he did not invite me there. His exact words were "who asked you to come here, don't come next time". As shocked and humiliated I felt he definitely has a point. He did not invite me. So guys next time you are headed here make sure you have an invitation from them. I am never returning to this horrible store.

No clue why others have given an average rating of 2.7. Have you tried their home-made Dosa idli batter ? Amazing stuff. And veggies are fresh. Amazing okra , karela , ridgegourd. And amazing Chutneys restaurant next door. Can't get better. So perfect when you go to Pitt airport and you can finish all your grocery in one stop shop.

Great store especially after moving in to a new place. Can do a better job when it comes to customer service. Sunil is an awesome associate. Always good to see him smile and greet the customers. He seems genuinely concerned about helping the customer. Shri on the other hand can do better with some training. Always looks unhappy. Never smiles and to top it is on the phone most of the times while billing groceries for the customer. He doesn't even acknowledge the customer's presence!Very easy solution. I would suggest him to read the book "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie.Great store otherwise.

$4.99 for a gallon of 2% Turners milk, unheard of. Why not advertise the price of milk like regular grocery stores? I hate going here and I go only when it is absolutely necessary. The guy at the front desk has a face of someone attending a funeral. Why not greet a customer? Also the new place is claustrophobic with shelves so close to each other. You guys got to pick up your game!!!!
