Soul Biscuit

The best biscuits I've had yet in Pittsburgh! I tried to catch the food cart in front of Arriviste before but finally got to try it today. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. It was so flavorful and every element was done to perfection. The biscuit was also good on its own. I thought I would need hot sauce or something else but it was good as is. The runny egg yolk and cheese were creamy. And the pickled red onions balanced it out well. The sausage was freshly cooked and just the right size. I highly recommend this place and the owner was really nice!The teal tent in the background of the picture is their food cart now that it's cold outside. They will sell out early so go early if you can!

10/10 would recommend. Even the simple bacon egg and cheese is elevated by the tasty biscuit. Topping it off with some of their homemade hot sauce is a must. Would search to find where they are at next to get it again. If you see them, give them a try!

Came for the brunch event at eleventh hour and this was an awesome first taste of this street cart style spot. Staff was super friendly. The pork butt was cooked nicely and paired really well with the kimchi and dippy egg. The biscuit was unique and memorable. I'll definitely search for this stand again!

Great food truck. The biscuits were airy and fluffy. The buffalo style turkey was awesome. The hash browns were full of flavor and had a great kick. I was full after my sandwich and the beer from Dancing Gnome washed it down perfectly.

Pittsburgh has lots of great food trucks, and Soul Biscuit is one of the best! We have visited them at different locations, but our favorite is Friday morning at KLVN Coffee Lab. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit is a must-try. Thanks, Kit and Micah!

Amazing biscuit sandwich. Great quick breakfast on a busy Saturday in the Strip District. The guys were very courteous, polite, quick and all for a good price. Everything homemade and delicious! The homemade jam and fried potatoes were great also. Make sure to try their homemade hot sauce!!!! Thanks Soul Biscuit!!!!
