Sophie’s Lanes

This place is great, a very nice family owned bowling alley. Only 10 lanes, but it's a great time here.

I went to Sophie's lanes last night to bowl with a couple people and had such a great experience! Such a cute little bowling alley with 10 lanes. So make sure you go at a good time in order to get an available lane. I'm also not sure if it's BYOB all of the time, but it was when I was there on a Friday night, which is awesome! Doug, the owner, was very helpful and personable in telling us a little bit about the lanes and how long he has been running Sophie's. I will definitely be back to roll some more!

Found this place during a family trip to Pittsburgh and I highly recommend it. Cozy, up-to-date, bowling alley run by Doug, the owner who is a very personable and helpful guy. We enjoyed every minute! Great for families, friends, everyone - whether you live in Pitt, go to school there, or are visiting like we were.
