Great dive bar. Had the crab sandwich for lunch, it was very tasty. Went back for dinner and had some cocktails. They were also very tasty. I ordered the gyro salad and it was fantastic. I will be back.

Service was great and the food was good. (My lemon for my water and lime for my tacos were also cut perfectly and packed with flavor, which makes me very happy!) No complaints :)

Wide variety of food options, generous portions, attentive service, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Food is always delicious!

We saw this place from the road and stopped in. Supper was great. Service was awesome. The ambiance was very mom and pops place. It was welcoming and the menu was hard to narrow down with all the great options. Full bar and lots to choose from. I don't see why anyone would eat any where else!

We stopped for lunch and decided on Pgh Style corned beef & pgh style steak. The sammiches were good but a cream based cole slaw would go much better than the oil based slaw. The sandwiches were big & plentiful plus you get fries or homemade chips. We opted for the chips which were fabulous. The service was great and if you need to wash that big fat sammy down with a cold brew, they have that also.

You guys get one star because your Price points are crazy!! Where do you think you are? Everything was wonderful except for the price. Is it the owner or the chef that has little D* energy. 18 dollars for a personal pizza. Your tripping! 13 dollars for 6 fried Mrs Ts pirogies. You should be ashamed of yourself. Here's the best part... There is a ridiculously priced steak that comes on a stone that you have to cook yourself. SMH If I wanted to cook my own steak I would stay home. These people have two restaurants in this area and if they don't learn they are doomed. I feel bad only because the staff is extremely kind. These prices indicate they care about nothing but profits. I'll never be back.

Used to come here, and quit, because service got a little...negligent. Started to come again, after about a two year hiatus. Very pleased with my past 3 recent visits. Service is better, and food is still great.Sonny's has some of the best appetizers around. I truly recommend trying their fried cheese, pretzel, and fried pickles. The fried zucchini is good, but you have to like paper thin-sliced, flour covered zucchini. Its good, but I know that "type" is not for everyone.The Pittsburgh-Style sandwiches are better than any other place around that serves that type of sandwich..hands down.

The wait staff was great and the food was very good with reasonable prices. We were seated quickly and the service was attentive but not over bearing.

I paid for 2 racks of ribs ($19+$5 for second rack), which were good, but the portion was very small and looked like what was presented in the menu as 1 rack! I did check with the waitress and she said that I had received my 2 racks!! I pretty sure no!! So even if these were meant to be 1/2 racks, still 4-5 rib would not qualify!!Also Cole slaw was dressed with i think straight vinegar?? Not good!! And while I'm bitching, for $14 only got 2 mushrooms stuffed with crab. Like the ribs, tasted good, but a very small portion for $14!

I keep trying to like this place mostly bc it's in a food desert. When I visit family we come back. I thought last summer I would not come back bc of the mediocre food and honestly filthy outdoor deck. Shoes stick to a surface caked with dirt and food. This place needs power washed! Ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with fries that were cold and limp. My sis ordered a pesto sandwich of some kind and there was nothing close to pesto on it. It's not hard to make this type of food so to consistently fail shows the owner doesn't care.
