My 5 & 7 year old boys came here for a birthday party and had a lot of fun. The space isn't huge, but there's a nice sized party room and still plenty of interactive toys and things to build-perfect for my boys. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. If it's your first time here, you'll need to sign a waiver, but it's a quick process. Then your child will receive a name tag, and you'll receive a pick up tag with your child's name on it. There's a small waiting room near the front desk, or you may drop and go. If you'd like to enter with your child, there's an additional $5 fee. I will definitely come back for their camps and free play.

We had a virtual birthday party through Snapology. The instructor showed a picture of LEGO vehicles and then told the kids to build. She then sat silent for the next half hour. My 5 year old birthday boy asked his friends some questions (what are you building?)--he did more facilitation than the instructor did. Kids lost interest halfway through and the instructor did nothing to pull them in. Eventually she asked my son a few questions about what he built but didn't interact with the other kids. It's unclear why this cost $100. All they provided was a zoom link and a photo of a LEGO vehicle. I could have done that for free.

The last few times we have been here (with various friends) it has not been enjoyable at all and the staff wasn't welcoming. The kids we've brought have been between 3-4 years old. When the location was in bethel park, the staff was friendly and welcoming. At this new bridgeville location, despite the parents monitoring our children, a staff hovered over them and and began correcting them for raising a foam "pool noodle" in the air before the parents who were a foot or two away could even get a word out. We as parents just felt on edge the whole time and opted to leave. I understand the need for rules and safety, but this place seems over vigilant and you just get the feeling you are in a library rather than a play place. We went to a frozen yogurt place nearby that has a play area, and the staff there were super friendly.

My son has so much fun here and it is a reasonable price too! We have done both classes and just the simple play time. He's always excited when he knows we are going to snapology and is happy the entire time he is there as well!

Snapology is a great place to have a child's birthday. I held my son's 5th birthday party and have attended other birthday parties there. There are lots of options--pizza, cupcakes, treat bags, mini figures--to make it easy to do it yourself or have the staff do it for you. They give the kids time just to play with all the Legos, connects and other building toys. In my experience, the staff has always been friendly and pleasant even when reminding kids to keep their feet on the floor, not run and use indoor voices. They also have a good system for checking kids in and out so it is also a great place to drop kids off for a birthday party, afternoon play or adults night out evening and be sure that no one else would be able to pick up your child.

My 2yr daughter loves this place. Nice place to just drop in for a bit and check it out. Always something that she didn't get to fully explore. Clean! Great staff! Really loves the interactive floor screen.

Great place for a birthday! Activities are good for all the age groups. Wish they had more group activities for the kids. Hostesses are kind and play well with the kids. We do a 'robot' package and kids enjoyed building the lego sets and connecting to the laptop to do the robot thing. Like the way they took the cake and presents off our hands right at the entrance while we took off our coats and put it directly into the room. They offered to help us put our presents in the car while leaving. Nice little gestures- but gave a good feel in the end. They might want to improve their take home party bags and maybe it was their way to make sure that kids end up buying lego sets that for themselves.

I'm not one to take time to write reviews but want to share in case this might help others in some way. I had a 9 year old son I'll call Joe, this week signed up for this camp in Circle C, Austin, Texas and totally don't recommend this camp if you want your kids to be in a safe, fun, educational environment. The first day Joe was punched in the mouth during outside playtime without any attention nor intervention from 2 teachers to 17 students. On the 2nd day, 4 boys were heard by teachers and students to be calling Joe a jerk, all 4 boys charging him by pushing him with both hands with hard pushing him almost to the ground during outside "playtime", then the "game" turned into "keep the ball away from Joe", then as if that wasn't enough all 4 of the same boys gathered water in their hands from a nearby dripping roof and then threw this water in his face and soaking his clothes. Again, the teachers were watching without any other intervention other than telling the students that "keep the ball way from Joe" wasn't a game to be played. I'm sorry but I had higher expectations for such a wonderfully talked about STEAM educational environment, of course we withdrew him immediately with dampened spirits. This is not a criticism of the program curriculum but instead of the poorly selected management/staff all around out of this location in Austin, Texas. My hope would be that other locations do not allow this kind of bullying behavior.
