Snack-N-Pack

The chicken quesadillas were soggy and the chicken, onion and peppers were not chopped up small instead there were huge chunks of each which all fell out of the quesadilla before I could get a bite. Also it was $35+ for two menu items which were not great. No prices listed on online menu.

Food is great. Menu is big and lots to pick from. This is another staple in butler, Pa. Customer service has always been decent. They offer take out!

The food is great but giving 3 stars due to staff needing some training & the prices are a bit high. A note about the staff: waitress putting cups under her arm to carry to refill just get us a new cup! Unprofessional and otherwise seemed rather frazzled for some reason. Breakfast prices: two omelets and two coffees was just over $20. Lunch: a hoagie, fries and soda was $16. Portions are average.

New owners still working out the kinks. Food was good staff extra friendly. Worth a second look.

Not prepared for a Saturday morning Fathers Day weekend. It shows when the owners are not onsite to manage the operations. I was tempted to just get up and leave several times but ... I was hopeful the kitchen staff was ok....left before getting our food after waiting 45min.

I have been a customer of snack n pack since i was a child. I love getting their pepperoni balls, and I usually get tornado fries. today I ordered via door dash for lunch. I cannot find an option to add a side of ranch, so I called the store. they refused to give me a side of ranch because they couldn't charge me for it. I had to go through DoorDash. I asked how much ranch could be and they said $1 or if it's to go it is $2. if you are so greedy that you can't give a patron who just spent $25 at your restaurant a side of ranch for fries they are getting from you, then you are too greedy for me. small businesses are supposed to be appreciative. customer loyalty is supposed to be a priority. this restaurant needs to humble themselves because $2 for ranch is nuts!

Food came hot fresh and delicious. Staffing was pleasant. I highly recommend if you're in the Butler area. I will be back!

The food was delicious and the service was absolutely wonderful. The overall atmosphere of this restaurant is calm and relaxing.

Cold, low quality, prepackaged low quality food. Was a local iconic brand, now is the worst place to eat in Butler County PA. Sad to watch the destruction of such a great place
