Getting a table was a bit of a headache despite an empty large indoor space (waited over 10 minutes by the wait to be seated sign). But once seated, things went well. $1 whole Buffalo ranch wings which looked like Buffalo but had ranch powder. Also a smoked Gouda and pulled pork patty melt with cilantro lime slaw. Food was 5/5. Got my check while still eating but took 10 minutes for it to be taken once I took my card out. Between getting the table and getting my card back, I was late to my race tickets a mile down the road. The food was quality. It just overall felt like it was a busy Friday night but there were 3 other tables in a space of around 50. Id be a bit nervous to come during busier hours.

Big portions of delicious BBQ. This restaurant has lots of seating and they specialize in special events.I was surprised that greens are not on the menu, but they have many other standards, such as Mac 'n' Cheese, Cole Slaw, and Green Beans.The Cole Slaw came as a starter appetizer, and it was delicious. It navigated the boundaries of sweet and vinegary with special finesse. The entree portions were huge, I took some Brisket home in a box.Our servers were quick to fill up a glass. This place is a winner.

We ordered at 3, which I acknowledge is an off time. Got ribs and brisket. Ribs seemed microwaved and the bbq sauce that was solidified on the ribs tasted like hunts ketchup, but worse. Brisket also appeared to be microwaved and didn't even have all the water drained off. Very fatty and bland.I got a burger for the kid. She really liked it and the fries. The macaroni and cheese was pretty good

My son and I wanted to try something new. So we drove 30 mins to get there.upon arrival the entrance is confusing. But you walk in thinking it looks rustic. But its not. Its drab, dark and depressing. The restaurant was completely empty which is a bad sign. The floor was sticky, and my shoes were dirty when I left. We ordered the patty melt, the turkey wrap with mash and fries , along with mac n chz. So, the only thing that wasn't old and dry was the patty melt n fries. My turkey wrap was so dry I couldn't eat it. My Mashed potatoes were old and grey, The mac n chz was so bland and flavorless we took one bite and left it.Onto service. What service? The place was empty, yet we just sat waiting for someone to come by. My sons' soda stayed empty the entire time. I'm sorry, but we do not recommend. I walked next door to the brewery and bought a beer.

Food good. Although the southern fried chicken sandwich has been bad the past couple times and super salty. The woman that takes orders and runs the cash register should retire - she's kind of curt with customers and sometimes worse than other times. The dining area is too dark.

We had Todd cater our wedding, and the food was AMAZING. Two weeks after the day, we are still hearing from our guests about how much they loved the food! The ribs had the right chew and texture, juicy and delicious. The brisket had amazing flavor, and there was plenty to go around for all of us. Mac and cheese, best mac and cheese we've had in a long time. Best part was that he arrived at the venue early to finish the final food preparations instead of transporting them already cooked. He was friendly, kind, humble, amazing to work with, and it's evident that he cares about the quality of his food. We could not have asked for better service, and the next time we're back in Pittsburgh, we're making a trip out to Smokin' Toads!
